God calls us to serve and worship him, not through compulsion (forcefully) but as an exercise of FREE WILL and self-sacrifice. To what length are you willing to go for God?

Most people will make it through rain to work cause their daily bread comes from there, but never to church because we only serve God when it's convenient. Such a shame!

We honour our bosses who give us nothing but money, while we consistently displease God who gives us life and everything. Pitiful!

Without sacrifice on each our parts, heaven becomes an impossibility. No true worship without sacrifice.

The Northern accents (Liverpool, Yorkshire, Geordie *Newcastle*) are usually the difficult ones to grasp, but down south they speak with much clarity. Southern accents such as the London accent, Posh accent (Royal family), and Cockney are easy to decode.

Your best bet is making friends (or acquaintances) from various divides across the country. Since you will be studying, you get to encounter brits with different accents - this would be a great avenue to get used to them and understand them better.
