That after the FG had agreed and approved the payment as earlier printed in news media, there is need to verify and substantiate the claims against the approved budget. Now that it was realized that the payment of the FG approval for subsidy will amount to extra budgetary spending, the FG now writes to seek for the NA consent and approval for the payment.
I remember that I read during the submission of this year budget that there is deliberate omission of subsidy payment by the last administration knowing fully well that there is still not yet TOTAL REMOVAL OF SUBSIDY. We possibly needs to proof that our literacy is guided by a moderate research/comprehension of events.

I must state however that Okezie Ikpeazu is the only Governor that is constructing long stretch of major road with underground drainage in the entire East apart from Amaechi who is no longer a Governor.
