Zenith has called me to pick up my offer letter today and to resume training on monday. I wrote the test last week wednesday and in a week and 3 days, i have gotten the JOB. Help me thank the Lord. He has proved himself once again in my life

Hey clutch when i had my interview 2days ago, some people had 2 interviews on the same day while some had one. What i want to clarify is this; Was the 1st interview the popular zenith bank chat? How many more stages are there?

Congrats my brother. Let me add that the MD also asks about your family as well depending on his mood and its possible to be the only question you will be asked. I gathered this info from friends with access right now. Just be confident as they have said. I just did the 1st interview on 18th october and im waiting to be called for the MD interview. Wassup. Its very simple. They wanna know about you, what you've been doing recently and all that. Try and know about the Bank and their products and services and you are good to go. When did you write the test and when do you have the interview? Cos i had mine on the 18th of October. All da best

I must confess, the whole calling for interview is a testimony on its own. They are going to call you definitely but when is the issue. Some people dont wait for long before getting called. just pray my person, God will do it

Pls did anyone participate in the access bank interview at the head office last week thursday? I wan to know how many people ( interviewees) sat for the interview on that particular day and when they had their test. Thanx house

Pls hang on my brother. They will call you. I also did my test about 3wks ago and i have attended my first interview last week. I believe it also depends on performance at the test i.e they select the best 10 candidates from each batch and send them in for interview. Try and keep your fingers crossed, they will get in touch with you. Also can u help me with ur friends fone number, i need to make some enquiries from him. thanx

When i had my test on the 26th of september 2007, we were told to expect the result by txt but it neva came. I had to go to the head office to clarify things and lo and behold the results just came out that same day. So hurry and check because im so sure its out by now.

Guy, forget about the txt because it will neva come. Just check the result up at there head office approximately 2wks after ur test. cheers

My friend. Not to scare you, i have a friend who had his 1st interview on the 19th of September 2007 and has received his offer letter to resume at the training school on monday, as we speak. Try and clarify things at the HR section. God is ur strength.

Try and go to the headoffice again. It came out on monday or tuesday. 177 candidates sat for the exam and only 51 passed. Chk with those tall lads at the reception. Stellose i just dey feel u EVERLY. Keep up the good work.

Access Bank Test Result of 26th September 2007 is out. Pls check at the Head Office in Oyin Jolayemi or At the training school.

Hi. Is this your first interview with them? If so, you will be meeting with Mr Bola Segun HR Manager or some ladies Abieyuwa, Ugo,Lara or Yewande. Its just a chit chat. Look your best and even dress to kill because they are regular cream girls. Dont try sucking up to them and be confident. Made it thru this stage to the 2nd stage where i met with the senior management. If u have neva had an interview with white blokes, prepare for one at the 2nd stage, It is gonna be a group intervw and u will enter into the room in fours each. Try and be confident. They look at Teamwork, Integrity and Diplomacy. Do not run down a fellow interviewee, its important. A question will be generated and giving to everyone to contribute. Do not try to overimpress by disagreeing with a fellow interviewee instead build on what he has said and try and encourage him in ur discussion by butressing key points he has left out. These white blokes are crafty but be prepared for anything. Try and know all about the company. I dont know why i am sharing all these with you but maybe because it now forms a major backbone of my experience being my first ever interview. I was not fully briefed even by a close friend who works there till date for unknown reasons and even if he said anything, it was out of reluctance. I dont want this to happen to a friend and not even my enemy because what do i stand to GAIN

Pls does anyone know about how a typical glo interview is conducted especially that of a customer care position? How are many stages of the interview are there at the moment, and also since the chairman is not around, who does one meet at the final stage?

Nairalanders,  na wa o!!! Firstbank has done it again!!!I really thought it was going to be different from the other test in march but NO! God is in control sha!

I was called via telephone and i had it today. It was nice though and there is gonna be a 3rd interview coming up in 2weeks time. Well i think the company kinda knows who and who they are looking for.

I have been invited for the Maersk 2nd interview on Monday23rd of April. Who else has been called? Pls let me know as soon as possible.Thanx.

The test comprises of two parts. The Personality indicator and the LI ,cant remember what the LI is. The personality indicator involves two parts; How you describe yourself and How other people describe you. Tick the boxes based on the position you are applying for. The LI involves part 1 and 2 and these are maths ,english combined together. You will be served these parts twice like i mentioned. Be calm and fast with ur answering. The questions are quite cheap. Remember that u have 12mins to answer 50questions in part A and another 50 questions in 12mins in partB. Their pass mark is 40% but this dependes on how many people pass the test.Also remember that the PI is very important to them. Even if you score 80% in the LI and ur PI is poor, Man you out!!!! I did not have anybody to tell me this but I was lucky to pass the test last month THANKS TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD and i am currently expecting their call for the 2nd interview stage. I hope God helps me out on this one and i pray u are successful also.
