European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Chelsea Vs Aston Villa On Sunday, January 2nd; 2.30pm by HNIC(m): 3:29pm On Jan 02, 2011
Villa seem to have been revitalized with Young back in the team.
Chelski not playing footie at all.
Waiting 4 the second half
How the game is still 1-1 is shocking
Too many chances wasted

@coded guy and presido
I shake my head for the two of u. . . . . .
See statistics from Presido
Na Bsc Statistics you get for school? grin
@Debosky
Leave the two scummies to keep shouting over RVP's penalty
Conveniently ignoring other stuffs that happened in the match.
Arguing with a scummie is a difficult task
There i go breaking my first new year resolution!
Rubbish

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL GOONERS

Typical scummies
Comparing two totally different incidents and making inferences based on the warped logic
Yeah, we have a name for it here
Scummie logic!

Both result to pen which might result to goal,
Should i dig them out?
Yeah your new trophy tongue tongue tongue tongue Hurry Arsenal has Landed. cool cool cool
Go and dig them out or sharrap
Even the Nasri incident,48 hours ago. . . .I berated the players for messing up,
If they had scored earlier it wont have mattered
Manure finally got on the end of a wrong decision.
From the foul mouthed gaffer down to the roadside analyst
They keep holding on to that
Rubbish

You are as confused as the word CONFUSED can ever be expressed.

Who told u we did not agree that that was a blatant foul, we even berated Neville, and kept on wondering why SAF chose him to play.

But your deluded arguement here makes u look silly when u allude to the fact the in United's case the ref MUST see it, but in your case it may be that the ref MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE SEEN IT OR HIS INTERPRETATION OF WHAT HE MAY HAVE SEEN OR NOT SEEN.

What kinda of a brain do u have?
I don't know who is worse
You or your kid brother?
Go and read the rubbish you guys were ranting earlier on in the day

We finally win at this evil St Andrews(Gooners know what I mean)
A clean sheet in the first game of the year!

Yes we all admit it a pen just like we all know RVP handled the ball which is a pen also. But you are making it look like the ref did not give WBA the pen cos its United which means that the ref saw it and waved it but in the case of arsenal you chose "May or May Not" see it. Isn't that logic one sided?
Bros,
I am saying it for the last time
abi make I speak native language
Handball oyato si foul on a player ooooh grin

What happened to this logic when it goes United way. Must the ref see all united offence but see few of Arsenals?
Stop shooting yourself dude. If you admit that it refs mistake in one why don't your apply same to others. That will not make you look biased.
Abeg I no get time for you.
Handballs are totally different from blatantly bringing down a player in the box.
Must I explain everything to you?
Have u seen me complaning about handballs?
Abeg lemme watch game joo
Manure failed here
Chelski failed here also

Hahahahaha May or May not God have mercy. Is that what you turned it to? Thank good you agreed that its a hand ball but your argument now is the ref may or may not.

What happended to ref may or may not in united case. It does not apply abi.

Are you still on your nappies and feeding bottle?
Unless you ain't true to yourself.
Majority of my scummie friends and YOUR MANAGER also, . . agreed that Neville shoulda been off and it was a stone cold penalty
If I start listing controversial decisions that have gone in favour of Manure in the last few seasons, I will cause this thread to move to the next page grin

Why don't you just go and hug a transformer?
Two days ago,Berba and co were fluffing chances on this same ground and allowed Bowyer to score a last minute goal

Only a scummie will compare a straight up blatant red card offence of bringing down an opposition player in a goal scoring position with a handball in the box that the ref may or may not see as deliberate

Sharraaaap!

With ten men, you would not be talking about any penalty here.
Exactly
A penalty can be missed(as we saw later)
But a man advantage that early is a potential game changer.

Don't mess with Fergie and family

Sir Alex Ferguson has recalled two players to Manchester United from their loan spells at Preston after his son Darren was sacked as manager at Deepdale.

These tabloids sef

Were the players not loaned there because his son was the gaffer at Preston?
how is fergie senile? did his team play against 10 men like arsenal did? man utd had chances to end the contest just like they wasted so many chances against sunderland and still won. the chances we did not take does not make birmingham's goal legitimate. people keep saying fergie should have made some changes fergie's lack of substitutions gave birmingham the opportunity to attack us and equalize. it's laughable!if an "opportunity" is defined as a hoof into the box from near the half-way line, followed by blatant cheating then i fail to see how any brilliant manager would have stopped this kind of "opportunity" from arising. birmingham certainly created f@ck all until the match officials had their brain farts.
With the way you guys are going on about this '10 men' thing
One would think Nzogbia was dismissed as early as the 2nd minute
We played against 10 men for just  about 10 minutes plus injury time
Using your own logic also. . .
Any team can concede from a set piece.
We even had a chance to remedy the situation when Nasri's freekick was blatantly 'handled' by the Wigan defender, but the blind ref colluded with the assistant ref to look the other way(Maybe our protests shoulda been louder).
Anyways, saying Fergie or AW were both senile was a tongue in cheek comment
What of Woy?
He must be senile raised to power 100 grin

Imagine him asking if Fergie was senile cos the gaffer made an error in judgement in the Birmingham game as per the timing of the changes.

Yet his own gaffer who has been consistently senile for 5 years with proof of trophylessness confirmed his senility yesterday again in the wigan game.
@Coded
Let's both agree that both of them are Senile grin grin
Really unnecessary for Fergie to attack the ref in the way he did.
He should be blaming his wards
Whether na push, offside, handball etc. . Manure had chances to end the contest long before Birmingham's goal and he should have made the changes earlier.
Yesterday also,Arsenal had chances too bury Wigan but the attackers messed up the chances.
For once however, when AW was asked about the Nasri freekick, he said 'He didn't see it' grin grin

That's why I said ' Let's say'
Anyone thinking there are easy games in the EPL anymore needs to have a rethink
Who would have imagined that Wolves would go to Anfield and win 1-0.
This Wigan team would still beat a top 4 team before the seson ends(God Forbid, it wont be Arsenal)
It's a draw, we should move on

@FBS
Nzogbia would miss 3 matches.
It was certainly violent conduct.
What's up with the head butts these days?

It was used in a context.
The team put out yesterday was good enough to beat Wigan.
It was a stone cold penalty and it even allowed Fabregas to tweet about consistent refereeing pointing out his(Fab's) folly in using his hand to block a  freekick
Let's say we scored the penalty. . . .all of these won't even appear on this thread today

Out of those 1,602 games, he coached 49 sucessively without losing

There are no easy games anymore and there is no guarantee that our starting 11 would have won the game so easily as many are thinking.
