They have come to realise the fact that the immigration of more graduates into the country has been one of the major economic boosters for them and many other nations are begining to realise this and follow suit.
Why do u think they are giving all international Uk graduates a year to get employement in the uk after studies and probably get a permanent job which will aid in nation building. Check out scotland offering graduates 2 year work without needing a permit after graduation.

While Naija communities are kidnapping expatriates, discouraging investors, giving jobs by ethnicity/ connections and fighting their brothers over natural resources to be used for selfish gains, The developed counties have seen the stuff in our professional graduates and are actually braindraining the nation of its finest, because our nation seems not to know their worth.
So i tell you if they can discover even 30,000 authentic Students applying for study visas they are willing to give them all entry clearances.

I feel u jare, we are dividing and they are uniting.

@simply_me
u better go with the those who appreciate your worth.

As per the amount available for your trip, state the ammount in pounds required for studies and living expenses
all together this might fall between E14k to E15k check the actual from your prospectus.

If u have fully paid your tuition fees, I don't think you need to state the sum of ur tuition+living expenses as the amount available for your travel.

Yeah, the waiting came,

My 15 working days was meant to be due this coming Friday, but i received a call today that I'm to appear for an interview in two weeks. So, I'll have to wait longer than 15 working days, atleast 20 working days.

Boxers, of course. They are more comfy.

If i didn't vote for boxers, i'd rather be a sailor (rumor has it that they wear none).

So do you think I stand a chance now? To be frank, the anxiety is killing me. By my calculations of the timing of yur own case, I would av bn caldfor an interview on 28 July because that was 12 days after submission. So I guess I aint having an interview. So please keep your fingers crssed for me because the anxiety is like killing me this final week.

I feel you D10. However, your case gives me the heebie-jeebies. My application is similar to your recent, but I didn't submit any employment letter or payslip because my sponsor is the MD of his business.

I submitted mine on 20 July and this 15 working days is feeling like 3 months already.

I really do think you stand a good chance. However, we'll keep our fingers crossed and our hopes high.

Pls can u answer these question:

Did you apply for a student visa or visiting?

What were u asked during the interview?

Did u submit your sponsor's payslip or bank statement? , and any other evidence of sponsorship?

Hoping to read your reply soon.

Congratulations!

I submitted a student visa application last week too. Tuition fee was paid in full and my sponsor has a little over 4 million in his account along with property documents. I hope I scale through.

Education / Re: Nigerian Boarding House Stories And Pictures by hobgoblin1(m): 9:22pm On Feb 13, 2007
BHouse!?! I remember back in the days in Ogbomoso, I was bitten by a snake (a viper) about 11pm. That night I didn't expect to live to see the next day, infact the pain was so agonizing I didn't want to live a second longer. I made it to next morning and that morning I initially thought I had gotten to where to the saints go. I didn't "smell the coffee" but the pungent disinfectant before I knew I was on admission in a hospital.

If I try to average the good times and the otHeR times in the BHouse, I believe it paid off in the long run. Though it almost cost me my life, I learn't some life lessons.

Up till last weekend, The Intern reality TV SHOW PROGRAM showed signs of evolving from just a PROGRAM to a SHOW and living up to its name.

If there was anything like a vote for the MVP of this thread, I'll nominate Seun, Loma, Tmoni & LoverBwoy!
