does this reflect same family since she is not changing name but she can claim unaccompanying spouse.

She can use her maiden name. Then get an affidavit that she is married, but still bears her maiden name, submitting all required marriage documents, certificate etc.

So I had given up on applying for now after getting replies about the “one year continuous work experience” clause because I left NYSC early but then I did more research and this highlighted part is giving me some hope but I might be wrong. Full time at more than one job for 12 months So if I did NYSC for 10 months and have additional 2 months of experience somewhere else and fortunately it’s the same NOC and this work was even right before I did NYSC, according to the highlighted part, doesn’t that mean I could be eligible? I assume you’ve included you nysc posting letter and other documents and statement to back up 1year posting. Just write a letter of explanation explaining how nysc works with 3weeks camp then off to ppa for work. This LOE with evidence should suffice hopefully.

I have written them again today. I uploaded a LOE when I was submitting my documents. My account statement and discharge certificate was attached to the reference letter.

I can get another one, but that will be misrepresentation,base on d former I submitted. I will just raise CSE and explain the truth which is actually what I submitted. I actually did hint it that I was posted to serve for one year(additional documents upload) and that we camped for 3weeks, thereafter I was posted to my PPA.

Why did you submit without resolving the issue?

Go back to your PPA and beg them to issue you a letter from the date you were mobilized for NYSC that covers one year...Explain and beg them that without the full one yr, the letter will be meaningless. All the best

Please I have a question that is a bit pertinent. My PPA gave me a reference letter which bears my resumption date at d PPA which is 11months.

How can this be solved, since it's 1year that's needed. Have submitted already though.

It should be enough, but if you have extra docs to back it up like ID Card, offer letter etc attach it also.

Then use CES or ICES. Both have longer time frame than WES

The address i used is a friend's office address. According to him, it maybe difficult to know when the mail is delivered to his office without knowing the date and time of delivery.

Once ur ECA document is despatched, you will get an email of the estimated delivery date. You can then give the information to your friend.

Get the payroll from your family's biz. Another option is to get a copy of the appointment letters of the persons who are employed.if there is a letter head it will be better.

Hello Comrades, I am new here and I must say I am very impressed with what I have read and got so far. I am currently post ITA and I have a few questions I need clarity.

Firstly, as regards the POF, my dad will send me the cash but he is far away, from the sample I saw, both of us need to sign. Pls how can I go about this.

Secondly, in providing my bank address in the gift deed letter, is it the address I opened the account I should use or the bank's headquarters.

Finally, I have cousins who reside in Canada. Should I state such relationship since I didn't claim points for it.
