I would go a step further and say that asking others to "pray" to meet the right person is also bull. If everything is at the discretion of the consulate, why do you then need to pray? The only reason we have such a difficult time at the US embassy is that we cannot be trusted to tell the truth. Japanese citizens do not need to "pray" to meet the right person at a US consulate. They fly visa free.

are you telling me everyone that was denied av got bad character?...as at the time I was hustling for US visa I wasn't givin despite my travel exp and I'm sure some of you will tell me its cos you are single #nonsense...I eventually got it as single wit the same info I've been given them... nothing changes ..USA visa approval is favor unless if your leg strong ... else.. fill your form right...know your reason for traveling ..have a tie (tie can be nything,even your 1year job is a tie) and most important PRAY for favor...... my close friend got her visa on a virgin passport... single,first time applicant and jobless as at the time she applied ..

I'm very sure consulate knows that 80% of the granted ones intend to migrate...either or not the case Visa won't be given to everyone at ease....Nigeria Visa is more difficult to get... Hello all I'm a silent reader here and I truly appreciate all the efforts of everyone trying to help others.This is my situation i paid a travel company to get me ticket to Atlanta, Qatar airways to be precise so that I will have a stopover at Doha and maybe get an hotel to stay before my flight the reason I choose Qatar airways is because the last time I had a stopover in Dubai with an emirate flight it was tedious.To cut the long story short they got me royal air tickets which will have a stopover in Morocco then to newyork and a local ticket of united airlines from newyork to Atlanta my question is should i return the tickets or use it and what of the POE part

it means you have mistakenly used it for Dropbox ...if you have the visa then You are fine for Dropbox provided that it's the same categories wit ur previous visa but if you are a first timer then my broda ur 64k is gone for good, you will have to pay another money to reschedule ur appointment

Today at the consulate... I had to turn down going in for the interview cos my wife had issues with her ds-160 number so she wasn't allowed access to interview.
We plan to reschedule together for a later date.
Is there any implication to this cos I didn't cancel my appointment.... I jst did not show at the interview as scheduled... I can't go in without her

B1/b2 is a business/tourism visa so it's doesn't matter if you go for business on that category ..the truth is when it's not ur time.. no matter how much you try to convince them... true me you won't get it ... he shld not be discouraged and try again later he just be might be lucky... when I got mine.. most of the questions asked was No as answer aside from travel history which have been to uk,swiz, Italy n regular country dubai .im not convinced that was the reason I got it cos I've applied wit those visa and I was denied ...I noticed some people think it's easy cos they applied once and was granted forgotten that they were just lucky.. it's not about the confidence ooo... when you are infront of VO trust me You wil stand RIGHT.

Thanks for your advise, I will give it a try. If I get refused for misrepresentation this time, that should clear the hurdles of the past. And it will pave ways for future travels to the US. I dont think they would continue refusing me visa over something I want to be clear of

Olamide don't be discourage .. some people"s comment are annoying as if they are d one givn out the visa .. fill the form wit honestly... there's nowhere in the form you will need to explain ur past cos you've never gone for the interview nor fill their form.. so don't lose hope nor be discourage.. everyone here are just saying what they think... they ain't God nor the consulate.. what they see as merit does get you the visa sometimes.. just try u might be lucky

What more can I say than to be grateful 2016 has been a blessed year for me I must confess .. Am into buying and selling ... I started wit Dubai .. I visited 2 times before applying for uk same year .. Got rejected wit a flimsy excuses I felt bad cos have never seen myself hussling outside Nigeria (I love Nigeria that much) so no plan to abscond ... A friend hosted me about USA visa and how easy it is.. I applied and I was rejected as well wit blue paper.. I never stopped going to Dubai neither do I stop applyin for both uk and USA at the same time ... I wasnt desperate but I believe nothing makes me diff from those getting approval.. I made up my mind I wasn't gonna use agent NEVER ... I never mind dashing them the money but I will never pay agent .. I was denied uk/USA 4times .. I decided to try turkey last year, I traveld to Abuja on my birthday dec 10 for my turkey visa and I was denied but I stil dint give up. As usual i applied again for uk wit a note i try to counter all their precious excuses and I got approval 6months (I went 3times) visa expires July and I reapplied for 2years .. I got my 2years renewed Within 4 working days before then I applied for my schengen and I got ( I don turn agent ... I felt so good) I paid for USA again and mistakenly I clicked on Dropbox (money wasted) I paid again 53k and here comes the HARMORICA interview

That says how much do you earn (if employed) pls make sure you put in somethings don't just neglect because you are self employed .. Have always been neglecting the ?
