I don't know what the EFCC are waiting for, by now I expect uduaghan should have been arrested and charged to court for stealing delta state money. That man never did anything in delta. Am not surprise warri a supposedly oil rich region is like this no street light bad roads no industries and some people will come here to defend this evil men. Infact naija is a fvcked up country.
