wy2000: This is false information. Botswana imports 70% of its electricity from South Africa.

http://web.archive.org/web/20060217023857/http://www.miningweekly.co.za/min/sector/coal/?show=75117
Imported or not imported Botswana still have 24 hours elctricity power. So how saying 24 hours elctricity power is a false information?
And do Nigeria have 24 hours elctricity power?, even with oil and borrowing?

Their budget correspond to the size of their population, yet Botswana can have 24 hours electricity with no oil and less taxes to collect from people because of small population. There is definitly something wrong with Nigeria
