Some of you don't accept reality and this is a big problem for us in the country.

The average salary is 70k/month. Last time as a single guy, a student living alone I bought 5kg of rice for 6k in benue state where food is abundant.

Tomatoes for stew was 2k (to last me a week)

When I was done from the market I had spend around 45k on food stuff alone.

Typically if I'm earning 70k, I'll be left with 25k.

Now my light bill is 6k per month, running only ceiling fan and charging my phones.

That's 21k remaining. I pay water of 3k per month, that's 18k remaining.

Transport of 6k, that's 12k remaining. I've not given anything to my younger ones, girlfriends or even gotten any personal hygiene stuff.

So where exactly is the monthly gym subscription going to come from? To put it even better, gym seems like a waste of valuable time when you're running round the clock to find more money to survive.

And you know the shocking part, a lot of Nigerians don't even earn up to 70k a month.

Pos jobs are paying 20k-30k per month. Teachers are earning 50k or less.

Please get your head out your așș sometimes before commenting. A hungry man does not think first of exercise.

I made local dumbbells at home that I use for exercise. But towards the ending 0f the month when Sapa hit dangerously, I hibernate to conserve energy.

Sometimes during the month when I'm actively gyminin with only the dumbell, you'll notice difference in my bulk and build but once it's towards the month end and nothin to chew, you start losing the muscle, feel too weak to exercise.

Now think about the many people hungry roaming around, you think gym is the thing on their mind?

Most of una no dey touch grass outside, you live within your social media bubbles and think everyone is flexing.

Islam play the long waiting game. And this is something people don't understand.

Muslims don't fight when they are the minority. They are peaceful now.

What they are doing right now is the quiet stage: giving birth to numerous children.

They will keep breeding and adding to their population.

Once they are large enough, you'll start seeing them taking political positions and voting for themselves.

This is becoming more frequent now and it's almost like a new pattern or something.

People will accuse you of something and instead of sitting it out or trying to provide evidence, they resort to suicide.

This is to prove how much pains they are in or to prove beyond anything that they are innocent of the charge.

A few years ago, a young man on twitter was accused of rąping a girl by one of those feminists on Twitter.

And instead of taking them to court or debunking the issues, he took his life with a message saying hope they are happy now?

He killed himself to prove to them and to us that he was innocent and that the accusations was indeed painful to him.

But what was the result?

The false accuser merely disabled her account and went offline. Till date nothing happened to her.

The issue trended for a few months and that's it. Point proven. But at what cost?

Worst, he'll never know how the same people he was trying to prove a point to eventually judged him.

He lost in life and still lost in death.

More recently is this girl who said a man taped her. After repeatedly asking for money (from the screenshots allegedly from their conversations) and didn't get the money, she killed herself to prove how much painful the experience was.

The truth is people may care but they also have problems in their lives. Everybody get problems.

Me like this, I've resit all my exams in this medical school. Very soon another exam will come. To me this is my problem. I would only type RIP and move on by next minute or so.

Stop committing suicide to prove points to strangers. It doesn't get you justice. It doesn't serve you any good.

You end up dead. That's the only thing that comes out of that.

If someone offended you and it pains you so much, go to the right authority to address the issue.

If you don't get justice or it is delayed, then go for help and find better ways to live your life, learn the lessons and pick up your pieces and try to move on with your life.

Yes, it'll be hard but it's still your life. Rape is painful but it's not worst than those living with paralysis and pain every blessed day.

I'm not minimizing the pain of rape. But I'm telling you that there's a better way than killing yourself to prove a point.

If someone accuse you of something and you didn't do it, then ask them to provide sufficient proof and damn the public judgement.

And this is one of the reasons why I have refrained from judging the man being accused.

When the accused the Earnest guy on twitter, all of us believed the lady and joined her calling the boy a rapist until he killed himself.

I'll not be a part of that charade any more. If you're accusing someone of anything, go to court.

Sometimes the market may look over saturated or already too captured.

But for the right product, the market is very open and unsaturated. It doesn't matter the amount of competitors already existing.

A good example is this xtreme toothpaste. Once you use it, you will never go back to buying Oral B, Closeup or any other toothpaste.

It takes just one try and you'll most likely never switch to another product again.

I've been switching between Oral B and closeup long before I said let me try a new product.

Closeup used to be too hot for me and oral b just wasn't it for me. We switched to dabur herbal then. But it just wasn't it too.

I've been seeing xtreme but it looks cheap (same as pepsodent) and is actually cheaper, so I avoided it at all cost.

Then one day I was short of money and decided to try this and since then over 3 years now, I've never thought about switching to any other product again.

And the best part? I've never seen their advert anywhere before. Not on TV (been long I watched TV sha), radio or on social media.

But it seems everyone is using xtreme toothpaste nowadays. Even in the school hostels, it's almost the only toothpaste students are using.

Plus I get a good toothbrush with each purchase, so nowadays I just change my toothbrush with each purchase.

Good products will always find their markets!
