Very Funny, Old Ikoyi is even more expensize than Lekki.

U are talking of Ikoyi as if it is cheap. Try asking some real-estate agent and u will be surprise.

I know of a guy that sold is father house in Ikoyi for 250Mill and bought a house for his father at VGC at (70 or 80 Mill).

People don't want to register for things they don't anything abt, Facebook is widely known, Try something diff like showing me stuff i can do on your website that will make me wanna signup and continue. Not telling me what you offer,

Little advice, You are new in the social biz, Try to sell your site to your visitor(like myspace) b4 asking them to signup for something like iplusall or whatever u called u website,

And again what is it with the facebook look, Change it and be real, Get your own homepage concept.

Nairaland is created from a free software which Seun didnt lay claim to developing. So, how can he add new features to it when he is not the developer?

Abeg- talk something else or leave Seun alone.

Forum could be a company depends on how you run and manage it.

Using a free software doesn't mean u are not allowed to customize the theme, My Problem with nairaland is that Seun should redesign the look and keep the feel.
Using a Free Software gives you the opportunity to

1) Create Plugins
2) Work with other developer
3) Focus more on template design.
4) Better Security(Depends on the software ohh)
and Many more.
