He Worked 12 years being single before getting married.
That 12 years he worked was useless.

He didn’t marry his wife properly. No wedding pic of them as husband and wife.
No house of his own, no property,
No car , nothing.
What did he do with those 12 years.

Is it the remaining 23 years remaining to serve or retire , he will achieve anything being married with responsibilities.

This my unfortunate dad never achieved anything throughout his 35 years of working.
He was busy blaming his wife for putting him in chronic debt,
Now I sat down and began to think that this man was already a failure before he got married.
Because you have use 1/3 of your 35 years as a single man yet no single achievement.

Some men don’t deserve to married.
My dad is an evil man seriously speaking,
He knew he was a devil that has failed and instead of him to go to one seminary school.

He choose to go one village to deceive one illiterate girl to marry so they will bring innocent kid to suffer untold suffering.

In the Nigerian system, the men do most of the heavy financial lifting in the family. But over there, the structure and system requires women to participate in the heavy financial lifting also. So along the line, these 9ja .women begin to get overwhelmed and they begin to loose interest in the man that took them there , because in the first place most of their reasons for settling down weren't from a strong conviction of love for the man, but just some that will lighten their financial burden.

So abroad system puts.. ...that financial burden back on them, then they find out that, they don't even love this man or need him after all. These men are innocent, it's just the women that mostly married for the wrong reason, no body treated them wrongly in Nigeria.

If for anything, the abroad is... helping to expose this Nigerian women and their ulterior motives.
Maybe if they start marrying for the right reason, then there will see that, geographical location has nothing to do here.

It's been a while here... I was banned some time ago and got used to staying off nairaland
After vacation, I travelled to my hometown to spend the holiday season with my family..
My mom is a business woman, she sells mostly farm produce i.e they buy directly from the farm and sell at the market
Two days ago, she came back from the market with this huge bunch of plantain
She asked me to guess the price, and I told her that where I am coming from, you cannot get this less than 7k to 8k
But she told me, she got it for 3000 and ll resell 3500
But why, I asked, she said she doesn't like placing much profit on her goods, because if she sells at a huge profit margin, the final consumer ll suffer for it
Most times, her customers are from ibadan and lagos
Most times, they buy at very cheap price and sell high
I wish we can all emulate her goodness, the world would have been a better place to be

Not in support of murder, but did the 28 year old Nigerian see the British Jorge Ortega in London and just started assaulting him? It must be a case of fighting, and in this, can't pass for murder. Manslaughter is the case because it can't be deliberate except if the Nigerian is a lunatic. I had issues with someone months ago, i called a friend that was a Sergent in thesame barrack to help me out, my wife heard d issue later and was against it. It was a serious matter later on.

We even had issue with someone from our area , and she told me to call the Police and that it not in her place to interfere.

My boy was attacked by someone, he called her to report and my wife warned him to not try it again.

She wasn't like that until we got married. Somehow this thing is irritating me cos it depressing. I discussed it wit a friend from her rank that told me it was unusual that she was supposed to help me out.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, this article is based on my personal experience.

I work with a High profile federal government parastatal with good remuneration.

We were 100 that was employed in 2013 drawing from South and North.
We have been promoted 3 times and expecting another promotion.

But something is disturbing me as a Southerner from South East.
About 25 persons from my set have resigned and relocated abroad. Only 2 are still in Nigeria.

It is more shocking that this 25 persons are all from the South. Either South West or South East or South South.

My fear is the implications when our set will get to the pick.
No northerner had resigned or thinking of resigning as at today.

The future implications is that they will occupy majority of the apex positions in this parastatal and the south will start shouting marginalization and why all top directors are from the north.

The last meeting I had at the NNPCL Head quarter's Abuja saw 99% of Top Management Staff from the north.

During The introduction of members I was shaking my head. This bring me to ask, could this issue I am experiencing in my own organization be the same in NNPCL?

Currently a Lady I know in NNPCL resigned and moved to Canada. You already know the future implications to the South when her set will get to the top.

Why are Southerners relocating and leaving their beautiful jobs why the northerners are comfortably enjoying the same work.

Is this greed on the south or that our problems are too much?

I taunt my friend from sokoto some days ago why he doesn't want to japa, he laughed and answered me, to do what over there?

Why are the southerners the only people who sees reasons to japa?
Knowing that we can not live past 100 yrs and we can not go anywhere with all this wealth.

Remember the higher a southerner become a director, the higher the chance of Southerners getting employment in this organizations.
