the guy u are quoting is a Bini, a pro-PDP, he is been partisan cos of party affiliation and spoke from a cultural perspective because that's what he was taught. I am a benin, a neutralist but more aligned towards APC because of their superior achievements. I was brought up in Lagos and understand the Benin-Yoruba relation from a yoruba perspective. In UNIBEN, I was taught the Benin-Yoruba culture from a Benin perspective. Binis believed that yorubas are binis while yorubas believed that binis are yoruba. Both will argue their points until jesus comes. But that doesn't make Binis owner of Lagos. I don't think I av ever seen a bini claim to own lagos except for the guy. So he doesn't represent Benin as he claimed.

Let us stick to the issues. I want to know what the process for making such payments is like? Was the money 'withdrawn' or was it deducted from money received before remittance to the government account? These are the questions we need to ask.

Most of the corruption in government is because of the processes being used. If you allow an agency to deduct monies based on its discretion before paying into government coffers, money will miss. So also if money passes through a lot of hands before getting to government coffers.

The NNPC should be probed, fine. But a lot of peeps should stop making baseless accusations against the minister. If she's guilty and corrupt, we will know after the probe. Till then, retards should take a chill pill.

A lot of Nigerians take people's opinions as facts. I can just say that so so so person is corrupt and a thief, and a whole lot of peeps will spread that around without proof.
