Probably our dreaded unknown gunmen whom are now claiming to be in charge of providing security in the rural areas has felt neglected as they where not notified i. e. make payments so they need to disrupt the wedding.
If by mistake the host of the event provided government security then he becomes a saboteur and could be executed on site, sometimes kidnapped and killed so it will look like kidnappers.
