I never rented house, I was lucky or so I taught to have a room in my family house . I was there for 5 years, then the embarrassing period started from cousins who will decide to hold political and cult meetings in the parlour of the flat I stay downstairs, I furnished the house fixed everything only for outsiders to use the parlour nd kitchen all because na big bros cousin friends them be. If I off my gen while dem dey parlour na big issue.

And so somehow some way Jehovah Almighty Osinachi my life via a contract from my late dad's best friend and I now reside in my own 4 bedroom en-suite bungalow. Every morning I wake up I just open my window look up to heaven and say Thank u jesus.

I know of a building off airport road, clifford Eweka to be precise, it's 650k for a 3 bed room flat a year. Same on that Airport road by Iriri u will get a 3 bedroom flat for 250k. , it all depends on the Landlord.
