You know most of these indomie children don't know the figure involved in settling ASUU.

Jonathan caused the problem in 2009 when he was wrongly advised to signed agreement. He signed what he knew wasn't implementable. And that explains why he couldn't pay before he left office. No president can implement that agreement, not even the overrated Obi. It's killing.

I don't know of any government that would want to be wicked to her citizens. I've heard from insiders how difficult the implementation is.
