Please my fellow Niralander, please what are the procedures of affiliating a foreign University to a Nigerian University?
2: and is it possible to affiliate a University to another and the students of the affiliated would be offered degree at the early age of the affiliation?
3: what are the requirements of a foreign University to operate in Nigeria?
Pls I need help from expects; I hv somebody studying in an affiliated foreign University which I don't trust the procedures and I don't wnt him to make mistakes.

Not justifying terrorism, I believe any terrorist attack in the east should be regarded & treated as it's like in the West. Palestinian have been under attack for many years now- even before my birth- and it didn't gain attention as this one day attack in Paris, Americans attacked Iraq under the guise of fight against terrorism; after many souls had been lost and properties destroyed they withdrew back, & the only explanation given for that was that they got it all wrong & the world nodded to that and went to bed. I have been dating my boyfriend (call him Yakub) for around 10 months now. When we met, I knew we could never have a future together but I decided to go for it anyway. I am young and i was having fun.

6 Months into the relationship, a very bad incident occurred ( It's related to the reason why we cannot have a future). I couldn't take it. I tried to break up with him but he begged and asked for another chance.I had lost interest in the relationship. I stayed because i was working on a project and he was assisting. I decided that after the project was completed i would break up finally. The project is completed next week.

I met a nice guy 3 months ago and we began casually seeing each other, this weekend. Nothing serious. This weekend Yakub found the texts and was outraged. He broke up with me on the spot. I apologized and told him I understand.

Only for him to call me and beg this evening, saying that he does not mind me seeing other people, he said his life is incomplete without me. He just wants me for me.

I told him NO, but he won't stop. I feel guilty about everything but I also know it wont work out.

If we placed what is currently happening globally today as a movement to create an Islamic state,especially in Nigeria, on a rationale scale; we will discover that the reality is far more beyond just a creation of an Islamic state. If we tend to talk about the issue of terrorism in Nigeria without any prejudice or preconceived notion, or the influence of our desires-like I am a Christian or I am from the South, we will ask the following questions:

1: where has a criminal become a victim of his own crime, not by mistake rather well planed by him to emerge as the victim?

when we observe what is happening in the North today, we discover that the same Northerners, the same Muslim populated communities who are suppose to be the victimizers are the same people suffering from their own created terrorist group called Boko Haram. Sense would tell us that this notion is irrational.

2: When a movement is being created for the purpose of extending ideas or to force people to believe in a particular doctrine,the folks to be at the suffering end should be those who don't believe in the cause at all, not those who have partially believed in it, whose faith just needs amendment.

The Northerners are already Muslim communities, who have already embraced Islam long ago. Part of their cultures are being influenced by Islamic believes, so if this so called Boko Haram movement is to favour some people it should be the Northerners, because we are made to understand that the movement is for the creation of an Islamic state- which the Northerners are already. But in this case of Boko Haram , the people that suppose to be the main threat to this movement are not disturbed at all, rather, the people that are suppose to be protected by this movement are the ones suffering its attack. all I am saying is that why is it always North, why not other places. this again is irrational

3: If the movement is really being created by the Northerners, what do they stand to gain at the end. is their youths & women being killed a gain? or their men being chased out of their homes a gain, is it their infrastructures being bombarded a gain. hospitals, schools, business places and the futures of the Northerners are threatened every day & we still accuse them of this crime? where is our brains, or don't we make use of them again??.
I am not a Northerner, I am just making use of my brain.

I just hope Emir of Kanu was not the primary target....may Allah accept their souls as martyrs and forgive them, & may evil perpetrators never escape justice.
