Hellos, M Grace, peased to meet you, do have a sit.

delkuf: 1cor8vs5 says, there are many gods. Both in heaven and here on earth. With this how can we differentiate b/w the God we christian pray, and that of d muslim. It wouldn't make sense, if we just. Pray to God, not knwing whom, which God we are praying to.

Muslims prays to Allah! We Christians knows very well as Jesus said; there is no way to the Father without him. He is our bridge to the Father, again remember we have the Holy Spirit in us. We just do not chant 'god this, god that.'

"He's Able"

Exceedingly, Abundantly
Above all, all you could ask or think
According to, the power

He's gonna fulfill every promise to you
Don't give up on god, cause he won't give up on you
He's able

[Chorus: x2]
God is able to do just what he said he would do
He's gonna fulfill every promise to you

Baba lyrics
By Sonnie Badu

Baba, we're in Your
presence, let it rain
Your rain, let it fall on
me We're in Your presence,
let it rain
Oh, Your rain, let it fall
on me We're in Your presence,
let it rain
Oh, Your rain, let it fall
on me We're in Your presence,
let it rain
Oh, Your rain, let it fall
on me Open the floodgates in
abundance and cause
Your rain to fall on me
(2x) Baba, we're in Your
presence, let it rain
pour Your rain, let it
fall on me We're in Your presence,
let it rain
Oh, Your rain, let it fall
on me Open the floodgates in
abundance and cause
Your rain to fall on me
Baba, open the
floodgates in abundance
and cause Your rain to fall on me Baba o! Baba o! Baba o!
Baba o! (loop) Send you refreshing rain
Let it pour on us,
overflow on us
Hear our cry oh God
Let it rain (4x)
Let it rain, let it rain, Baba o! Baba o! Baba o! Everybody say Yeah, Yeah We're running dry, Oh
God (2x)
Send the revival
Send the rain oh God

One Lyrics
by Chris Sligh.

Holding onto our beliefs
Like a child holds to its father
It's like we're trying so hard to breathe
With our heads underneath the water

Keep trying to find the balance
Of our love and our convictions
'Cause we know that life in You
Moves far beyond religion

We know, we know, we know, we know
That nothing else even matters but love

Whoa, we keep trying to find a way
Whoa, to come together
Whoa, Lord, take these fears away
Whoa

And make us one, one, one, whoa
Lord, make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one

We are the face of Christ
In a world of shadows
Is it God's love we're fighting for
Or our denomination's ego?

We got to let go of pride
Embrace the idea of difference
Make unity our calling
And move within forgiveness

We know, we know, we know, we know
That nothing else even matters but love

Whoa, we keep trying to find a way
Whoa, to come together
Whoa, Lord, take these fears away
Whoa

And make us one, one, one, whoa
Lord, make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one

Imagine what could be, imagine what could change
If love was all that really mattered
Would the light of Christ finally shine through
Me and you?

Holding onto our beliefs
Like a child holds to its father
It's like we're trying so hard to breathe
With our heads underneath the water

Whoa, we keep trying to find a way
Whoa, to come together
Whoa, Lord, take these fears away
Whoa, oh yeah

And make us one, one, one, whoa
Lord, make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one, oh
Make us one, one, one, whoa
Lord, make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one, oh

Make us one, one, one, whoa
Make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one, oh
Make us one, one, one, whoa
Make us one, one, one, Lord, make us one

joel lala: No problemo..Thanks

No, thank you.

delkuf: Let me ask u two questns, first, wht is xtian. Is it a religion, or a relationship. Secondly, who do we as born again xtian have. Do we have a God, or a father.

can you stop abbreviating Christian?

A Christian is a Christ like person right, it certainly aint no religion, its a way of life. Our life style. We have the father.

What's wrong with saying; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit?

delkuf: wht am trying to say, is that since the Lord Jesus didn't pray in d name of God, we christ follower shldnt pray to in d name of God. He said after this manner shld we pray, our father, who at in heaven. He didn't say we shld pray in d name of God

I think God sprang out somewhere as there are gods, God means the creator or ruler of the universe and source of all authority.

So I guess its just the way we express ourselves.

Alfa Seltzer: 1 Timothy 2:12

12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.

Jesus Christ......buhahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

This got me cracking! satanists dey vex sha

delkuf: Have u ever thought of it, that the Lord Jesus never prayed to God. Doesn't it beat ur mind that Jesus, the one person we as xtian look up to never see it good to use the word God, wen he pray but father. Or u think is not important. The Lord Jesus won't use d word father, if is not important

I don't understand what your trying to say.

I edited the op, I hope you don't mind?

Hold My Heart Lyrics
by Tenth Avenue North.

Hold My Heart by Tenth Avenue North

How long must I pray, must I pray to You?
How long must I wait, must I wait for You?
How long 'til I see Your face, see You shining through?
I'm on my knees, begging You to notice me.
I'm on my knees, Father will You turn to me?

One tear in the driving/dropping rain,
One voice in a sea of pain
Could the maker of the stars
Hear the sound of my breaking heart?
One life, that's all I am
Right now I can barely stand
If You're everything You say You are
Would You come close and hold my heart

I've been so afraid, afraid to close my eyes
So much can slip away before I say goodbye.
But if there's no other way, I'm done asking why.
I'm on my knees, begging You to turn to me
I'm on my knees, Father will You run to me?

One tear in the driving/dropping rain,
One voice in a sea of pain
Could the maker of the stars
Hear the sound of my breaking heart?
One life, that's all I am
Right now I can barely stand
If You're everything You say You are
Would You come close and hold my heart.

So many questions without answers, Your promises remain
I can't see but I'll take my chances to hear You call my name
To hear You call my name

One tear in the driving/dropping rain,
One voice in a sea of pain
Could the maker of the stars
Hear the sound of my breaking heart?
One life, that's all I am
Right now I can barely stand
If You're everything You say You are
Won't You come close and hold my heart.

Hold my heart, could you hold my heart?
Hold my heart.

Casting Crowns

"Praise You In This Storm"

I was sure by now
God You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
But once again, I say "Amen", and it's still raining.

As the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus:]
And I'll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I've cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I remember when
I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry to you
And you raised me up again
My strength is almost gone
How can I carry on
If I can't find You

But as the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
"I'm with you"
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away

[Chorus]

I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of Heaven and Earth

[Chorus x2]

Casting crowns

"Love Them Like Jesus"

The love of her life is drifting away
They're losing the fight for another day
The life that she's known is falling apart
A fatherless home, a child's broken heart

You're holding her hand, you're straining for words
You trying to make - sense of it all
She's desperate for hope, darkness clouding her view
She's looking to you

Just love her like Jesus, carry her to Him
His yoke is easy, His burden is light
You don't need the answers to all of life's questions
Just know that He loves her and stay by her side
Love her like Jesus
Love her like Jesus

The gifts lie in wait, in a room painted blue
Little blessing from Heaven would be there soon
Hope fades in the night, blue skies turn to gray
As the little one slips away

You're holding her hand, you're straining for words
You're trying to make sense of it all
They're desperate for hope, darkness clouding their view
They're looking to you

Just love them like Jesus, carry them to Him
His yoke is easy, His burden is light
You don't need the answers to all of life's questions
Just know that He loves them and stay by their side
Love them like Jesus

Lord of all creation holds our lives in His hands
The God of all the nations holds our lives in His hands
The Rock of our salvation holds our lives in His hands
He cares for them just as He cares for you

So love them like Jesus, love them like Jesus
You don't need the answers to all of life's questions
Just know that He loves them and stay by their side
Love them like Jesus
Love them like Jesus
