senatordave1: That is what most cant seem to get.buhari is like their sardauna, aminu kano and usman dan fodio.the support buhari has has been cultivated since 2002 and grown over the years.atiku doesnt have that.its too late to try it.atiku cant get more than 20% in nw/ne.most of atiku's pals are elitist.even his loyallist are loyal because of his pocket unlike the undying loyalty buharists have.atiku will struggle in several ss/se states evwn if he chooses vp from both se/sw.where in ss are you from sir? I am from south south. he will massively win south south and south east it all depends on his campaign strategy...Every one wants him now because of buhari misrule but how to get some Yorubas along is a daunting task at the moment. |

safarigirl: and since then, how many attacks have there been? Let me also remind you that tens of Fulani men were killed in Abia State following those attacks, many more were chased out of Anambra and Fulani people have gone missing in Enugu.
If the Governor went to cry that is his business, but the people are not cowards. When last did you hear that Fulani people attacked Igbo land? Meanwhile, in the North, at least three times a week there is news of killing and invasions.
You people don't know Easterners. You people think all of us are in this Nigeria together, you don't know some people are here, but are not here. Na 2019 una go know who dey and who no dey this country, Igbo people will scatter everything for PDP, make dem try nonsense scatter everything for PDP and loose out to buhari? well....when it comes to politics in this country...the Yorubas tend to be smarter and more patient. it took tinubu time and years of careful planning to realize these APC dream. |

safarigirl: if Atiku chooses a SW VP he will lose and heaven will not fall.
People are dying in Plateau, Benue and Taraba as well, more people have died in these places than in the East. So, how can a lose for Atiku be suicide for Igbos? Benue and Plateau will be the first states om the map to be wiped out if Buhari wins, not one village in the East first fulani attack in buhari tenure was a village in enugu close to 200 persons died...and the shameless governor was crying foolishly on tv even declared a 3 days fast...and travelled to Abuja to go laugh with buhari... just to tell you that no village is far from fulani herdsmen... |

RTSC: lol
If you think the North will support a tinubu, you must be high.
Nobody likes tinubu outside the west. In the apc he is tolerated as a necessary evil for now.
A tinubu candidacy will set a record of 5-1 regional defeat for tinubu.
A record of monumental failure. you don't understand who buhari is in the north... any man buhari ask the northerners to vote for...they will sheepishly do... buhari is semi god here in the north. he is worshipped.... many northern politicians in the APC are hoping to ride on his popularity to power in the forthcoming elections. should buhari ask the northerners to vote you....they will massively do.... they worship him here....I am in the north...and I know what I am sayn. I was an inec adhoc staff in the last general election in 2015 in a fulani community. was serving then with buhari support tinubu will win massively. |

Princedapace: And u think the whole of the 14 million votes in south west are yorubas abi?
If he gives his vp to south west, he will still not win south west becus of Tinubu and Osinbajo. except Tinubu joins him.
He will not win the election if he gives his VP to South west.. Igbos and south south will simply reduce the number of voters, south west will stilll not give him their entire votes. In fact, APC will get more votes in South west even though Atiku gives his VP to south west. The best here is for pdp leaders in south west to understand and work with Atiku for a juicy position when he wins..
The south west just want to destroy everything becus the igbos I know will simply use political apathy. Remember, igbos plenty in the north, in the west and in the south south. I disagree with this.... should femi adesina adewumi be made his VP...I tell you he will get a reasonable number votes from the south west. in a free and fair contest...he will win some states...like osun, ondo and ekiti.... |

Everybody will unite against him. everybody who? who will join you guys unite against him? you think the meagre 8M voters in the east can or will be able to withstand him? just same way....you're sayn the Yorubas deserve nothing from PDP because they've contributed nothing....same way it will be said in 2023 that the ibos contributed nothing to the growth of APC. ...the Yorubas then will long for their reward... i will rather vote tinubu....than to vote rochas or any green horn politicians like kalu from the east.... tinubu is just like atiku....a sound businessman even though they're both corrupt... after all there is no honest politician in Nigeria |

Daewang: I don't care about knowing your nigerian politics. My stand is that people who did not make sacrifices should not benefit where others have made sacrifices. That position must go to SE or Atikulation can go to hell. but unfortunately that's how we find ourselves in this country. we always reap where they've not sown. the yorubas over the years have benefited more politically from the scheme of things because they tend to be smarter...and crafty. you don't act like a wounded lion all the time... you make sacrifice to get things.... if the ibos really want buhari out...come next year...they should be willing to sacrifice these VP position otherwise they will suffer the more...because buhari can never change. |

There is no juicy position that the south east have not gotten before. We want the VP. QED. If it was even the SS, it was understandable. A Yoruba VP would be the utmost insult to the igbo nation.
Those guys contribute absolutely nothing to the pdp.
If atiku makes that mistake which I doubt, he should just go and start campaigning in the south west for bloc votes because he is not going it from the East.
Ohanaeze have warned him anyway. We would just sit and home, and run the Nigerian economy silently as usual after the election is done and gone.
We have nothing to lose. let me tell you....your contribution will even in ruins should atiku loose come next year. marginalization continues.... and Mark my word...with an ibo vp he will loose. we can bet cool cash on this.... you've no idea how politics works in these country... |

dgee1: Na you get time dey reply them lol
Honestly it is just of recent I understand why this people always lose out politically in Nigeria.
If the VP goes to SE, most northerners will never vote for an Igbo man . Why would he want to be a VP in the 'zoo'?
You want the lifeless one out of Aso rock? Give the SW the VP slot, let the SP( more powerful than the VP) go to the SE. With that the APC votes in the SW will be greatly divided thereby affecting APC's overall votes across board.
Will they listen? No. Give SE the VP slot, Buhari wins. Python dance back to the east! lol thanks bro.... many will never learn. I won't even waste my time campaign for atiku should he pick non Yoruba as his running mate... because with that choice...he will loose. and buhari will continue his margination of the ibos. some here....believe the APC lies of zoning the presidency to the south east...when tinubu himself is eyeing the presidency. some peeps are just kids. |

You don't know who a loser is. Sanchez, focus on stopping the degradation of land in the Niger Delta by oligarchs. That is a bigger issue than SE Presidency.

Personally, I want Atiku to run with either Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala or Femi Adeshina.. In no particular order. Any of them would be a great choice. I don't give a damn about their ethnicity. bengine: Likely line up
Uzoho Aina........Ekong......Balogun........Idowu
Ndidi.........Onazi
Kalu....................Iwobi..................Musa Ighalo
For my preferred lineup, I would rather have a natural left footer at LB..Idowu can't deliver any meaningful cross on that left back.
I would prefer Etebo to Onazi due to the formers dynamism.
Would prefer nacho or success in place of Ighalo.. take these word from me... rohr will.never put iwobi in the 10 role... the old German will rather play etebo or nancho there. watch out....he will never learn.... playing nancho there is even better.....than playing etebo in the AM role....but iwobi still the best for that role. |

Mickael2: No be say I want bad mouth sha, but I actually made out time this past Saturday to watch Leicester vs Everton since my commitment to the forthcoming elections has greatly been reduced and quite frankly there were only two things Iheanacho did all 65mins that he was on the pitch; a pass to Vardy who was offside and that one-two with Ricardo which was converted more because of Ricardo's outstanding dribble. There was a skill that didn't come off, at the end I doubt he touched the ball up to 20 times and there was no surprise when he was subbed first, in fact there was an instance where Vardy chased a lost cause and got the ball back and then squared it back into the box thinking his strike partner kept up with him but Iheanacho had already gassed, I think he needs to work on his stamina too because at some point in the 50th minute his pressing was atrocious but then I think he has worked on his first touch because I can only remember his touch failing him three times for the entire 65mins he played. But based on that last match, Iheanacho should definitely not be benching Ighalo and/or Success. I would go with Success though welcome back bro... as expected...only to sneak out whenever nancho has a bad game and sneak in to hide when the dude plays well. how have you been? trust you've been good. |

Most of the current players are bench warmers so I see no reason why he was not called up earlier. Rohr also needs to scout for a decent goalkeeper who is playing regularly Bro...Rohr is a saboteur I have begin to believe that rohr takes money from some of these bench warmers to get super eagles call ups unless we vioce out and petition the NFF rohr will never call Eze.
