herveze: Pls i need help about my stammering,i have been in this problem since my childhood,i have took many steps to find cure for it but unfortunately for me i cant find any cure even i google it.pls i need your help because i am going to interview on monday and i dont want to face the shame.

I feel your pain @op, am a stammarer too and I know how it feel like and I talk too fast that most people don't what I say,bt what I do are 1. I calm down when talking,I dnt look into people's face,so I wnt see the curosity in their faces..2. I try to smile than speak(I only speak when its damn so necessary) 3. Maybe during or after a fight,I dnt exchange words 4. When am at home,I pronounce difficult words myself e.g denomination,education(words more than one syllable sha) 5. If I know am too fast for comfort or I stammered all through,if my words were incoherent,I try to repeat what I say(its always better and smother the second time) 6. Do not rush to speak and be confident (like if I have an interview or a public function,I rehearse @ home....but remember @op,stammering don't go especially if you talk fast too...peace

I love my mother even she wasn't there for me all through,I cherish her cos she gave me something no one else could have given me better, LIFE and that the most precious thing I got from her...I promise to be the best mom for my boys to make up for it..I love you mom but dad u rock..u r jst d best

Good evening mummies...how are you all doing? @bukky tnx so much,we are gud now...jst felt I should share what apnd to a neigbhour of mine yesterday here,we might learn one or two lessons..Around 10pm yesterday,I got a knock on my door,I was scared @ first cos hubby isn't arnd and I ddnt know who could be knocking @ dat time of d day,I opened sha and it turned out to be my pregnant neighbour,she asked me if my hubby was @ home and I said no,she said she wanted him to please go and drop him in the hospital cos she was feeling funny. Then I ask her what the problem was,her water was broken already and her husband wasn't in town,I sha ad to tell her am not familiar wit lagos road yet,luckily for me,my SIL was around,I had to drop my babies with her,it was a 20mintues drive to the hospital,lo and behold,she was already crowning when we got dia,the birthing was just too fast dat I was suprised..the main reason for me posting this here is to tell us that once you are approaching ur due date,always be @ alert,don't stay @ home alone if hubby isn't around,once u start feelin funny, and dnt feel shy to ask for help cos she could av givin birth alone if nt for quick intervention..go to the hospital..if u dnt av a car,make sure u av a friend/family who has and stays close..labour can be short sometimes..may God help us all

Warfibabe: trust me, if my husband doesn't feel the rope, I will definitely feel it. I dunno about others but every tym we wannadothething I will always be conscious of the IUD, and the whole feeling will definitely fly thru the window.

if I wanted to go FP,especially d IUD,what if hubby feels d rope during d act or if d rope starts comin out down below ,

dey r 6weeks plus o...for me,pregnancy was fair..labor was errmmm,painful bt short,I ddnt s cream bt my tears nearly filled bucket especialy wen a whole is inserted to check d dilation(I screamed den sha o.raisin 2kids @ d same time is rily rily stressful,especially since dey r my first issues n I ddnt really av an elderly one arnd(my aunt jst spent 3weeks) so raising dem na d koko,al dos sliples nyts,breast pain,tears in d down region..I remenbered when one of my babies inhaled water water wen I ws bathing him(he was jst 3days old den o),all my feets turned cold..motherhood isn't easy bt @ d end its all worth it

Honiepie24: hello everybodi,@jade tnx dear,d thread is movin,@hummingbird abeg employ me,i no get job,wink.kiddies aint easy,i always fink bk,my second youngest bro was so dosile,i cant remember i fin dat happened durin his baby dayz,no resident domestic staff,come in d mornin go in d evenin,bt dez dayz kids nid more dan one staff carin for dem,i dnt knw y,i cnt say its frm feedin because basically wat we where fed as babies is wat we feed our todayz kidz.well done @humming tk finz easy,lets always remember dat kidz r bundles of joy,if u dnt hv dem u feel less of a woman.

thnk u very much,we have an appointment on thursday,I wil make sure dey get all d necessary vaccines...and about d travelin,since I wil b resuming work very soon,d only time I can go visiting is now,to c family members(avnt seen anyone since d wedding) and since its going to b flight to and fro,I rily dnt tink it shd b stressful for dem..and for the househelp,its a no no for hubby,though he's trying his best but its nt enough so m learnin to manage on my own

@bvyan,party rice dey hungry me ooo ,I consume like..dos boys r suckin me dry ,the more dey suck,d more I eat,and d more I loose weight ........about the contraceptives,I think am going with the natural method(calendar,mucus and withdrawal)@ least one should work...looking @ d pro's and con's of FP,fear catch me,I no get the liver and hubby tod me if I do anytin behind I'm n it backfires,am on my own(he means it)

Honie abeg take back that part of 'another bump on the way...'. walai I never ready ooo over caareful sef oh because I have chosen to do the natural birth control method (this is because I tuk over 12months befor marriage to study my body and can tell almost for sure). My boy is almst one and no goal yet, I desire he is exactly 2yrs befor another goal will take place....

Pls mothers,I beg you in the name of almighty God,before you go for any family planning/contraceptives,please go to the doctor(gyneocologist),hubby jst tod me d pros on cons of dis tins,infact a woman I knw,very close to me,I heard she died on wednesday,dey said she died of cervical cancer,and dey said she did al dis family planning(dnt knw ao far its true,bt behind every rumour,dias no iota of truth) m getting scared of doing dis fp tins o,cos dey said it has effects over d long run

Hello mamas or lemme say undergarduates cos me don graduate even get automatic masters (two babies no be beans o) thnx for all ur prayers and supports(@tskjii,u r really a blessing to dis thread,tnx fr al d mails ..m feeling better nw,as you all can see,have resumed my nite watch ,dey r wide awake nw. To all preggies,abeg chop wella ooo,dnt starve our LO's..pls eat and dnt watch weight,wen I ws pregnant,I craved for cold tins like lacasera,coke,sprite,wen hubby started complaning,I started taking teem,seven up n soda,thinking dos ones were bitter n managable (for my mind o). As for d zebra marks,am a bit lucky(got few ones on my butts and am using cocoa butter too n virgin strech marks removal...and for my tommy,it has reduced in such a way dat am suprised compared to d big load befor ,all I do is eat small healthy meals @ short interval other than taking one big meal..and I drink lots of water and fruits,hoping to have my flat tommy back soon and go back to my old sisi . To you all,may you all deliver complication free by God's grace..will always pop in to check on you all

My good frnd.Sorry dear.I hav fatigue&jointpain too.Just commenced artesunate as prescibed by dr.Sorry dear.I knw dat wen I had malaria d tym I was breastfeedin,d dr said d malaria drug was safe in breastfeedin but I don't knw abt d injections they'r givin u&d labelatol (is it an antihypertensiv drug) cos ur bp seems high.OMG.U c y I told u dat u need al d help u can get.Wit just one;I was goin dunzo.I remember stayin 5straight days without sleep.Visitors,baby,housework&so on&i shut dwn.I was seein stars.Dats wen dr placed me on valium cos I was depressed;stressed&goin mental.As 4ur question on bf whil on treatment;I knw dat wen my collegue had twins&her bp shot up,sh was admitted in d hospital&sh wasn't breastfeedin cos d dr said d bp drug slips in2 BM&might drop d baby's bp too so d babies were on SMA gold.Be expressin out d bm&discardin it 4now til u'r totally off medications or u can confirm wit ur paed&gynae though.

thnk u my dear sister..m only xpressing out d milk and throw away,(breast wey no get plenty milk befor)..and yes labetalol is used to treat high bp in pregnant n nursing mothers..d main reason m nt breastfeeding is cos of d oda drugs n injections...the only tin left nw is dis terrible cold especially in the evening, I shake like smthng else,d injection to subside d cold jst work for like 30mintues n anoda round of cold starts again,dnt knw wat else to do,any suggestion might help pls
