A video showing a lady seriously quarrelling and fighting verbally with her mother-in-law over who should sit in the front position of her husband's car is making rounds online.

Apparently, the mother-in-law was sitting at the front seat of her son's car when the wife came out and realized she was sitting in her position.

The lady lamented and asked why her husband would let his mother seat at the front seat which is suppose to be for her.

The lady cried out in pain asking why she has to deal with her mother-in-law when ever she comes visiting.

The husband came out to calm her down, added that he loves her and his mother, but refused to listen and also asked her husband why he is still acting like a 'mama's boy'

She insisted that the mother-in-law must go to the back sit for her to sit in front as she claimed that the car is for her.

"Stop being a mama's boy", she lamented.

The mother-in-law could also be heard saying that she is here to stay and that she is not going anywhere.

A man identified as Musa Abuabakar has been arrested for having canal knowledge with his 9-year-old stepdaughter at Rupokwu in Rivers State.

The 30-year-old suspect who was taken to the State Criminal Investigation Department on Wednesday revealed that his wife never had time for him hence his shameful act.

The victim also revealed that Abuabakar has having canal knowledge with her since the age of 4-year-old.

During this time, according to her, he puts his finger into her private. She added that she was afraid to report to her mother to avoid being beaten by the stepfather.

She later reported to her mother after she promised her she will not be beaten.

The Rivers Police Command, Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the incident.

A 65-year-old lady and her two children, Godwin, a 23-year-old and his sister were assaulted by a SARS officer popularly known as Ekene at Ago Palace way, Okota, Lagos.

Report gathered that the 23-year-old Godwin was chased by a man identified as Catcher, who has been known for setting up young boys to be harrassed by the said Ekene and his colleagues.

A family member and a witness revealed that the said Catcher chased their brother to their mom's shop where Ekene and his colleagues later showed up to arrest Godwin.

The mother of Godwin requested that they tell her the reason for his arrest, but they refused. The said Catcher could not explain as well according to the family member.

The said Ekene and his colleagues were said to have broken chairs in their shop and assaulted the mother and sister over their refusal to let them arrest Godwin.

However, they lost control and they were later arrested and taken to the Century Police Station where they were said to have past the night.

Three unknown who identified themselves as police officers robbed a man his N400,000 using his ATM card in Asaba, Delta State

According to report from activist, Harrison gwamnishu, the man was cuffed and forced to reveal the pin of his ATM card before being robbed.

The alleged officers went straight to popular bank ATM (First Bank) and withdraw the sum of N400,000 .

The bank released a CCTV footage of one of the suspect to help in the ongoing investigation.

A bribe-seeking policeman has cause two boys to be battling for their lives after they were hit by the car of a driver he was struggling the steeling with at Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State.

According to reports, the policeman who was said to be from the BDPA police station was dragging the the steeling wheel of the driver’s car when it rammed into the two boys hawking sachet water.

Report also gathered that the policeman was struggling with the driver over a N100 bribe the driver refused to give him.

The policeman was later apprehended by residents of the area and the two victims were rushed to the hospital were they are battling for their lives.

It was quite a horrific moment for the residents of Kumasi who found the baby in the trash bin as they wondered who put the baby in the trash.

A boy jumped into a canal yesterday, Sunday 14, June, 2020 after allegedly been chased by some NDLEA officers chased him at festac in Lagos State.

According to reports, the boy was said to have jump into a canal at Amuwo-Odofin in Festac waterside and got drowned while been chased by the NDLEA officers.

HGS Media Plus learnt that the said boy was at the shop of a man who sells 'schoochies' and 'monkey tail' which the NDLEA officers had come to arrest. On sighting them, the boy took to his heels

Report gathered that amongst three boys who jumped into the canal, two were rescued alive while the third one died. The NDLEA officers on realizing what has happened immediately ran away

Report also gathered that the man the NDLEA officers had come to arrest was released so as to rescue the boys with the assistant of some youth in the area, but unfortunately the boy passed out.

A female fake pastor identified as "Sabbath pastor" has been apprehended by the village youths of Agulu community in Anambra State.

The female pastor was said to have been pretending to be a healer, healing people in the community until a friend of hers exposed her secret to the youths of the community.

Report gathered that the friend of the female pastor whose identity could not be ascertained carried some youths to her church compound were they found some fetish items, picture and names of the boys in the community.

The youths of the community on seeing the items in the compound got angry and began to destroyed and set ablaze all the items that were discovered in her compound.

The Vigilantes of the community had to rush in to take her away due to the fear that the angry youths might think of burning her alive for her evil act.

A man whose identify is yet to be known allegedly slaughtered his wife with machete yesterday at Rumuji, Emouha Local Government area in Rivers State, Port Harcourt. HGS Media Plus Reports.

The wife identified as Queen was butchered with a machete by her husband for unknown reasons yet to be ascertain.

It is unclear if the husband had any issue with the wife that might have trigger the act of killing his wife

was also learnt that the husband was trying to use money to settle the issues and nobody is saying anything about it, according to an Actor, Glory Odum @gloryodum who shared the the story on her IG page.

She said:

So her husband slaughtered her for no reason and no one is saying anything about it"

"This wasn’t an accident, she was butchered with machete by her husband. Now I’m hearing they are proposing to use money to settle it , settle what? Life for money"?

This is just another case of domestic violence that has led to the death of another victim, leaving her children behind.

A bus driver has reportedly been killed by some police officers and brutalizing his passenger, one Mr Martins for mistakenly hitting their vehicle while trying to overtake them in Edo State. HGS Media Plus Reports.

HGS Media Plus learnt that the bus driver whose identity is yet to be revealed carried one Mr Martins yesterday in Benin City. During their journey, the driver overtook a police vehicle and mistakenly hit the vehicle.

The driver who realized his mistake immediately stopped and began to beg the policemen for his unintentional action.

The policemen gave a deaf ears to the driver's plead, and it resorted to punishing him in the process and even pointing a gun at him.

The said passenger, Martins, who was sitting at the front sit was also attacked and brutalized by the officers, damaging his jaw in the process.

Martins was immediately rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, (UBTH) were he is currently undergoing treatment.

But the driver was unlucky as he was killed by the policemen who fled the scene.

The COVID-19 law enforcement team lead by Ikharo Attah, intercepted a passenger bus coming from Katsina at Zuba into the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

The task force team were put in place to intercept incoming buses into the State due to the ban of inter-state movement order by the Federal Government.

The chairman of the task force, Ikharo Attah spoke to press narrating how they were able to pass through neighboring States that were also observing the curfew.

"They have been able to cross through Zara, through Kaduna, which is under curfew, and they've arrived at Abuja. We are shock how they manover their way through Katsina, when there is a ban on inter-state movement.

How they manager to manover their way is something else, and the driver has confirm that he usually go their once or twice every week persons even under the lockdown with this crises.

So the FCT can not afford that, and that is why we decided to turned them back and at this particular point, let them go back to were they are coming from", he said.

Five patients who tested positive to the COVID-19 virus has been discharged from from the Infectious Disease Hospital after treatment and multiple testing by Lagos State specialists.

The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu disclosed the information on his twitter handle on Monday afternoon to congratulate the patients and his health team.

"I am excited to announce some positive news ahead of our lockdown.

We have just discharged 5 formerly positve COVID19 patients from our Infectious Disease Hospital after treatment and multiple testing by our specialists.

Congratulations to the healthcare team and the patients".

Meanwhile the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, (NCDC) recently confirmed 14 new cases of the COVID-19 on Sunday night at about 9:30pm, 29 March.

Outrage as man seen in a viral video beats his girlfriend mercilessly after telling him that she is pregnant and he is responsible for it.

It is not clear why the man acted the way he did, but the girl was given the beaten she never expected from him.

The man's friends pleaded with him to leave the girl alone, but he refused and continued beating her.
