I graduated with Dino Melaye in 1992 at Abdul Aziz Attah Memorial College Okene, when the issues of whether he graduated from ABU came up the other time, master list of our result was displayed. Let WAEC do same for Buhari and let's see. Buhari went to college but did not write � exams to earn him a certificate. The North has a way of doing it at that time and even now. That was the reason for the clause of 'it's equivalent" when you're to fill in academic qualifications.

India, Pakistan, and parts of China were colonised by the British. But their legal systems have jettisoned those colonial wigs ages ago.
