In my opinion,Seun himself is bias because he was pushing GRV to become governor instead of being neutral .

If your subordinate see something and try to make suggestions or hold back a little,you don’t override their judgement because of your position,a real leader will take a step back and try to see from another angle if his decision is right or wrong .

We’ve seen many companies displaced their founders because their judgement is substandard or they no longer have the intellectual capacity and resources to lead the company anymore. I’m not suggesting that for nairaland ,I’m just trying to inform the admin that we need to re-evaluate our judgement once in a while .

I only got to know the day Seun mentioned it.
