If I may ask where did she say she will not pay? All I can remember her saying this morning was she is not cooperating with Nairaland because of the alleged invasion of privacy and death threats! That Aigbe should henceforth contact her lawyer who will Handle the issue? Or did I get the wrong message?
Shouting and Hounding people leads to that kind of reaction(ultra defensive mode)! Fingers crossed April 8th would be met!

Well I think its time some actions taken should be reviewed!
1. Calling her a scammer when aℓℓ the while it was a case of no communication or breakdown in communication.

but the gist of what i want to say is: he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. your customer was disgruntled,your name was dragged to the mud, i think that as a priority the steps taken should be to clear that mess. the issue of the car not being shipped would have been settled by you following up on your agents. i know we all have busy lives apart from nairaland but when a name is at stake, some other things can be left at the back burner for a while.
and finally be patient and reach out to aigbe.

seems like there was a break down in communication somewhere! would suggest that you need to either give information to clear why the car wasnt shipped(becuase they will say there was no car in the first place, show proof of car and delay) or you back out gracefully meaning you tell shopclue to get another mediator. its not worth it. we appreciate the steps taken so far but we have to llook at good faith and the mindset of the parties here. people want blood, is thy name a good sacrifice for them? people forget that after everything it is the name that matters.
tell shopclue to provide the details! this will go a long way to show that she is acting in good faith and indeed the car was bought and an error in shipment occured.
the truth here is, if the crowd are howling for blood here, they will be morally justified.

very judgment, but please must the matter concern police for the case to be handled proffesionally and quickly? i have seen awaiting trial cases of 1999 thaat has not opened for trial talkless of defence... sentencing will be another matter entirely.
