sincerely there are 2 ways to this.
1. if she knows his family. report him and say ur mind. it could lead to some maintenance being paid.
2. if she is in lagos and some states she can sue him for maintenance in the family courts. am sure judges will put the child welfare when making the descision. with the judgement she can always go after him.

thete are many instances of pastors who are lawyers... once faith enhances one career as it is the lord that blesses one.
furthermore i hate it when people automatically assume lawyers are liars becuase of thier proffesion. one can practice without lying. most times a lawyer states the story as told to him by the client and uses his proffessional judgement to decide what part of the story to omit or add.

1st you might have to wait till march 2016 for a no fault divorce becuase in Nigeria 3 years if living apart means an automatic divorce but financial considerations will be made for the spouse.

The way forward is to open an Ngo to cover your area of interests then employ lawyers to go to court for you. However you will need to have huge funds since Ngo's are not for profit organizations and most cases will be done for free(pro bono basis).

2 things here: 1 they might not be able to genuinely scan all purchased items and its not the duty of the security man to know evrything I bought!
