my issue with zealots is they forget that they live in a society. my initial post here was advising caution and moderation in the activities of the so-called scam busters only for my mum to be insulted, called unproffesioal. and a liar/ scammer. if to say i get una time na nairaland i go face.
we have laws in this country try not to fall short of them is that too much to ask for?
i am a lawyer and i still say follow the law and due process dont let a wounded scammer fight with you and then your efforts will be in vain. ps surveyprof and co my apologies when you find out if i scammed somebody.
as to your activities have it so far given the poster his money? never ever lose sight of the goal.
as i always said i am not party or in support of shopclue's activities but you opught to obey the laws.

so its okay to insult others right but when the faults of your reasoning is shown, we cannot complain?

My problem here is make person no ask for caution again? We go around name calling on the Net forgetting that we if we remove the Net can we do same? Can we post the activities of Scammers on the pages of Newspaper without either ɑ̤̈̊ policeman supporting or any law officer being involved? Sometimes when the police isn't involved the reporter goes †☺ the police station †☺ make enquiries before making his report! This is †☺ protect his newspaper! you see there are always allegations and counter allegations, people have to seat down and wade through to find out the substance. to me the only substance here is; the parties did business which went bad and money was lost! however the party with the cash took the high road and stop communicating for reasons best known to her, but mehn the money still dey on ground naa and cannot be swept away.
so it is for th parties (when they were doing the business we no dey dere and we no go chop for the profit ooh) tp seat down and discuss how and wen the money will be returned> i suggest using a MODS like SEUN or NAIJACUTEE or MUKINA2 to resolve it since they have the name of nairaland to protect.

well as i said earlier in the other thread, we always need to hear the other side of every story, and not in a fit of anger forget that the other party too has rights.
i have read her story and his and i beleive it is for the MODS to create an avenue for all aggrieved parties to air thier differences and work out ways to achieve aieromon's objective which is; he wants his money.
as to others here who beleive that saying the truth makes you an associate of a scammer wen i get your time i will respond.
please work on that and all this scammer this, scammer that will end! or he wanted to sleep with me or he wanted a fair share of my national cake will end.

i read all your posts and your attempts at mediation through parties she wasnt comfortable with. in ADR the first step is to get a mutually acceptable person to mediate through any crisis! and not for one person to report to another person expecting the other side to concur to such a step.
secondly my fear is if to say na me be omowunmi allen, posting my pictures etc is a way i can use to delay paying funds! if you have a smart lawyer he knows what to do.
what i would have suggested to you sir is to report the matter to the police. now that you brought it to the house i think it is for senior nairalanders to wade in and seek a way out of this mess. because last last we all enjoy nairaland and we need to be comfortable doing business with other nairalanders.

To me the solution †☺ this impasse Ȋ̝̊̅§ straightforward aπϑ plain: give her the details of a respected MOD on Nairaland who will ensure that she gives a timeline for the payment of aℓℓ debts! And the MOD will ensure that the payment is done or if not should say so! Then the alleged scammer should make sure she meets the timeline! Shikena! Then we can open a new thread listing the said sums owed aπϑ how aπϑ when the payment was done!
