I understand that Politics is perception and the moves may appear like witch-hunting but anything to make kwarans feel good governance is welcomed. The Land revoked may be used to the benefits of Kwarans and since the Sarakis' did not acquire the land legally , then the governor is right to take such action as applicable to ordinary citizens.
