Please, those that it took look for you to get your passport back after submission, how did you tackle this issue?

Please oh. Those that it took long before IRCC returned their passports back to them, how did you handle the situation? Submitted since December 7, last update is that it is under process at the IRCC Office, which was sent on December 8.

School is resuming January 3, flight has been booked for January 1 to arrive on January 2 yet these people haven't returned the passport. Called and mailed VFS multiple times but they said it's at IRCC and there's nothing they can do. They can't even give estimated return timeline.

Also sent several webforms and emails, yet nothing! Please help

Hi, I think ordering CBSA notes/GCMS notes and firing emails and webforms seems like your best shot. Did you send mails and webforms before your eligibility started?

While answering the question, you probably selected that you completed medical examination that's why. You will need to either do a medical examination with one of Canada's approved physicians and upload the medical sheet or you go back to the questionnaire and answer "no" when asked if you have completed medical examination.

I'm not sure how many of us have been waiting for very long, but my application was submitted since June, and I am yet to hear back from IRCC:

I sent multiple webforms and emails over the past few months with little positive responses. I have received two separate responses to the Webforms I sent to Kenya and both seemed to be very generic responses. One requested for my email and passport biodata page which I sent, while the other said they are processing my application but cannot give a timeframe.

Is there any other step that I can take to get either a decision or an update from IRCC? Waiting for 6 months without feedback is not beans.

Assistance would be appreciated.

I feel you! Order GCMS/CBSA notes. Contact MPs (members of parliament) in the area where your school is located for assistance. In your next webform/email, let them know of your class start date and how long your application has been. If your school doesn't offer online or virtual classes, mention it too and if you can't defer your admission as well, ensure to include it but still try and keep it short, concise, informative and empathetic. Aim to send at 8 AM their time, both emails and webforms.

I just got a request for medical exam from IRCC today. Though I did upfront medical test and attached my upfront medical slip with my application in August.

Should I just resend the medical slip which contains my IME and UMI numbers?

Will they be able to get the result of the test directly from IOM if I send the slip?

Yes, they will. I believe you find my previous post useful as well as you are in the same situation with the person I responded to.

In addition, try and aim their office opening time. You can schedule the email to send at that time, taking into consideration the time difference. Also send to Abuja & Lagos via email and webforms at 8 AM.

Hello all, I did upfront medicals September and it was updated in my profile September 14th. I just got a medical request from ircc. Please advise further what to do.

I will advise that you send your eMedical Information Sheet via webform and email to Nairobi, London, Accra, New York, Chinese and Indian offices, even Lima (Peru). In your email and enquiry body (for the webforms) ensure to include the details on the eMedical Information Sheet such as IME, UMI etc.

Wow, imagine. They just wasted the priority and courier service fee. The more important thing is you have gotten your passport with the visa in it. Great. Maybe you could have used that enquiry contact for £2.78 I guess. That would've probably saved you the stress of going up and down.

I don’t know why it took that long sincerely. And when I got to the British Council yesterday, it was obvious the passport has just been with them but they didn’t act on it. I got the mail today and picked up today even though I had paid for courier delivery. I couldn’t wait for Monday cos I needed the Passport. If I hadn’t gone there, they wouldn’t have sent the passport to TLS today.

Congratulations! Awwesome. A quick question please... When did you receive a mail that your passport is available for collection? And do you know why it took that long for priority service that ought to be 5 working days? Like it literally took the usual 21 days from the timeline you stated. Thanks and congrats once more.

I had a very hard time getting my passport back. I had to travel to Abuja to TLS office and British Council office yesterday 19/08/2021 because I have a trip for Sunday 22/08/2021 and they assured me I will get it today.
Finally picked it up with my visa in it.

Documents submitted - Statement of Salary account, payslips, introduction letter from my company, Savings accounts, letter of appointment which has my remuneration, cover letter. I forgot to include my hotel reservation but it still worked.

Login through UKVI, follow through to where you'll be asked to select appointment date. When it transfers you to TLS website, you'll see options lined up, amongst it is "Track" right after your appointment date and time.

Thanks for ur response. I do not have receipts to show for the outgoings. It’s my day to day account and I use it almost everyday for my feeding, workers feeding, fuel , food stuffs, utility bill and other miscellaneous , and there is no way I can get a receipt for all dis.

But I already had invoice for proof of savings because I received some heavy inflow monthly as well

I was asked the total amount of money I spend in a month. After calculating my monthly expenditure on my bank statement I got confused coz it varies.. I don’t have a fix amount.. some months I spend in total over 200k, another month over 400k and another month over 800k and over 1m in another month.

I think an average will be ideal to state in the application since it varies.

if it is almost 1 year ago and you need to show the ECO or bring into cognizance this 700k as you keep bringing it up here, surely you can submit your bank statemnt from last year august till now to show origin of these funds.
It can show in a longer statemnt. As you are including this sum in your application as part of your annual earnings then pls back it up with paper evidence.

Ok then. But it isn't the main fund actually, it is a minority. My savings and yearly salary are the main funds and they are well shown in the bank statement. Thanks for the heads up.

Can I submit my sponsor's employment letter and pay slips as proof that he can take care of my daily maintenance in the UK throughout the duration of my stay?

It doesn't, if you claimed that you earned 700K through rent payment from your tenants you need to show evidence of that earning , tenancy agreement and one month rent is not an evidence

Hmmmm, I get you. It's not one month rent though, it's a year's rent and each tenant paid 350k. There are two tenants so that makes it 700k. They paid in August & October last year, so it can't show in a 6-7months bank statement. I have already submitted the application and been given appointment date.

In a case where such evidence can not be shown in the bank statement because it is not within the past 6, even 7 months period, what does one do? The tenancy agreement should suffice in that case right? Since it shows the agreement, and acknowledges the receipt of the first payment (it's for two years).
