hello mamas, has anyone try bara recipe?...... I prepared the concoction this afternoon(bars + pap water + potash. boiled for 30minutes). I drank a glass cup but till now I haven't purge & its almost 4hours now. Does it mean that its not working for me because I really want to detox my body.

Pls, I dont know if anyone has any idea about any (private) hospital in Ilorin with a good gynecologist apart from UITH(Okey-Oyi) I'm using UITH Oke-Oyi but their services are very poor there because they delays too much & the timing too is not well fixed because you will use the whole day there. During my last appointment i took number 2 & i got to see the doctor past 6pm. So you could imagine the time i got home that day. So I prefer a private hospital where one can see Gynea (anytime) without any delay.. thank.

Secondly, I need a full list of baby things to buy while pregnant..(both home & hospital).... Don't laugh, I know it may look funny but I want to put my faith to test...

@Noblekids, i dont know where tubal flushing is done in Uyo but these gynaes are good. 1. Nissi Specialist hospital, H line, Ewet Housing Estate. Dr. Essien is very good, expensive and maybe just a tiniest bit harsh. Also Dr. Abasiatai at Petalist hospital, Ernest Bassey is good.

@fruitfulvine17, i experienced it. Caried out HVS and nothing was seen. I took complete dose of flagyl and both the odour and discharge was gone in 2 days.

@iamfertile, have you tried castor oil massage? Some mamas here have testified of using it to unblock tubes and even the guifei bao too. If you read few pages back you'll see instructions on the castor oil massge.

Do not start with Chinese herbs at first. Use serrapeptase for about 3 weeks before you add the Chinese herbs. Remember you do your Castro oil pack massage on empty stomach. Drink warm water when you finish. Do it morning and night before you sleep if you can. Do it four days on and three days off. Do not do it during period if you are the type that have heavy periods.

Start your serrapeptase slowly to avoid nausea. Do not take other medications around the time you take serrapeptase to avoid nausea. Drink plenty water throughout the day. Eat green vegetables. Very important as serrapeptase have thinning properties. The vitamin k in your green veg will help balance it out.

If you can afford it, add nattokinase. A cap daily with food. Take away from serrapeptase. You can take around lunch time.

Your progesterone is low here may not just mean you have low progesterone. It may mean you did not ovulate. Imagine you did not ovulate and you are taking duphaston? When you ovulate your progesterone will read 5 and above. Since you are still treating adhesion and block tube I suggest you take vitamin b6 50mg and 200/500mg bit c after ovulation. It will help increase progesterone level and also help reduce prolactin level.

Pls do not take progesterone pill more than three months. Allow your body rest for at least 6 months. You only take progesterone or any medications only when necessary. Drugs have side effects and the effects may be very harmful. Please let's thread with caution. Mamas do not miss orthodox with herbal. A step at a time. You do not want to overload your liver/kidney. Let be careful please. Let's not say because we are in a hurry for a bfp and be rushing and mixing medications. A step at a time. You may be surprised with a bfp as you are working on that area patiently. It is well.

Yes ooo. Low progesterone stops some women from conceiving talk more of carrying to term.
Note - Pls no need for progesterone in tww (two week wait) if you don't have issues with low progesterone. It won't stop you from conceiving.

Hmmm, I received a miracle from Jesus today.
I jokingly ordered for serrapeptase at the beginning of last month, I completed the order just to see how their transactions goes(I'm use to Aliexpress). the next day I saw that they have shipped it even though they didnt deduct money from my account. So wen I saw "shipped" I just deleted d details. Last week I ordered for a vitex & clean point tampon to sample buying on Ebay. So that I can know the duration & how they deliver b4 I can be rest assure that its safe buying there & that order is still on transit. So this morning I got a call from post office that I have a package. I was like it cant be the order i made last week but just went there to be sure its for me.

The result was more than just telling you of high blood prolactin but if that was how you understood it,it is also not a problem.
First, I would want to suggest you have a Thyroid function activity assay and prolactin done together. Let us see if the thyroid is in anyway a part of the problem. Since this problem seems to be linking with PCOS in some assumption, I would prefer a special scanning of your ovaries done too. And if you have had experience a menstruation between now and when we last talked, then you could try to do amother Reproductive hormone profiling assuming some thing could have changed.
Also, just to have everything at desk at a mention, it is also not a bad idea to use the lab to run assay for the masculine hormone in your body. This is also important to if you have a high prolactin associating with poor ovarian response to FSH and LH response. If you decide to do this, then it will necessary to know your blood pressure and then your blood sugar.
The next thing comes management instead of treatment that will requires patient and. a doctor-to-patient attention that will oversee on how to improve your health and fertility.
As to forestall further building of your prolactin, I would advice you to remain on the use of either Cabergoline or Bromocriptin. Whatever you do by diet as supplement depends on your thyroid activities. However, you should have by you helpful prenatal vitamins to boost cellular activities and performance of the ovarian tissues.
Above all, remain a happy and attend to normal daily activities without wounds and spitefulness.

Duphaston tablet is good. You can either take 10mg 2 to 3 daily or 20mg twice daily. Do not stop when you get pregnant. See you doctor, let him know you are on progesterone. Yes progesterone has cream is very effective. But there is this particular one you must use that is good for pregnancy.

Vitamin B6 50mg twice daily (after ovulation) pregnancare conception and 200 to 500mg Vitamin C will help increase your progesterone level. Reduce Vitamin C to 200mg when you get pregnant.
