He should check to rule out infection. Pus cells shoud be 1-2hpf. He has 2-3hpf which may also be normal in rare occasions, but could also signify infection. Because his motility rate is at borderline, you should ensure it stays at that rate and above. Anything below is not good. Most or some fertility doctors believe that a healthy fertile man should have up to 50% active. We have seen men with less than 20% sperm fathering a child. And we know that with God all things are possible.

Check and rule out infection which can cause drop in sperm quality (high rate of sperm motility)
Hubby should avoid stress
Avoid tight boxers/pants
Take Wellman multivitamin (about 4k in any good pharmacy)
Take 500mg of vitamin C
He should stop smoking and avoid alcohol completely. That is, if he smokes and take alcohol. Those can kill sperm fast.

My period didn't show up last month & scan says negative so Dr recommended Combination 3. Is the drug effective? - because I'm treating blocked tubes though I've ordered for serrapeptase & Chinese teas too.
Also, does duphastone 10mg work while ttc? I have almost 5packs of the drug that I was using until I had miscarriage last year May so I'm wondering if it can boost hormones too.
It seems everything is wrong with me. God help me.

Still, what is it with my post you didn't understand, let me explain in brief before any suggestion from me?

Also, is this profiling more than 6-month of age?

The profiling is 4months back.
I only understand that the results indicate high Prolactin. its only you doctors that knows it better.
I'm yet to see my period since last May 31st that I did laparoscopy till today(June 28th) I'm not pregnant.
pls, what do you suggest I do :
1. To regulate my period back to the usual 28days cycle.
2. To balance my hormones.

Alright.

As at the time you were presented with this report and the time to which this analysis was done,I can best say your ovaries were grossly not responding to both FSH and LH. Also, to have had high levels of these hormones at CD3 meant that the previous cycle before this analysis might not have been ovulatory.
The common sense here would be to have high levels of prolactin hormone in the blood whenever there is insufficiency on the part of the ovaries to respond to high stimulatory substances, just as in the report.
When all these happen, estrogen necessary to increase uterine lining for preparation for menstruation will be low(as in the report). The estrogen serving as feedback mechanism to shut down FSH and LH is not produced enough to tell the brain to stop producing of them. So, they have no choice than to increase in the blood(as in the report).

Furtherstill, no dominant follicle cyst will be formed. No normal ovarian cyst will be formed to coexist into the substance for progesterone hormone synthesis as well.
A low progesterone hormone will be washed into the blood too(as in the report). From the bloodprogesterone concentration written on your report, anyone of medical inclination to female reproduction can quickly presume that this cycle having this profile was locked out of the Progesterone or Luteal phase.
Thus, by the nature of this report I should expect lengthening of your normal cycle days, non-ovulation, galactorrhea, low libido, intercycle bleeding and mild to moderate other systemic complaint.

As regarding those supplements, how sure are you about what they post? You know people could write big about their product just to make sale. While not ask your doctor on how long you could be before trying on other options to carry conception and see how much time you can give to try those products and if they are not coming up to expectations, you can then go for your doctor's choice.

Dr. suggested IUI/IVF but some people on Trying to conceive thread said I shud try chinese herb(yi mu cao & xi xian cao), serrapeptase, castor oil massage , clean point tampon, etc. That it has worked for them to unblock their tubes & got pregnant. Yes I did. To the glory of God, my 2nd child is close to 6months now. So I will say to give it a try but also give it time and be consistent. I was on serrapeptase for close to 8months. All the best. Watch Tasha take time out on YouTube. I followed her story alot.

Parki's flushing is close to N100k for everything. Cant find their contact anymore. Am sure others will see your question n respond accordingly. If you decide to try Dr Kola, the Union guy, you can reach him via +2348134316259. His flushing is 18k for 3 days. I have used both and will definitely recommend him. I had one of my tubes opened after serra/Dr Kola's flushing recently so hes worth trying but do take Serra up to 2 or 3months b4 flushing.

Truth is laparoscopy is more superior procedure than HSG when using both to check for tubal blockage or patency. Jf with one patent tube you haven't achieved pregnancy all these, then its possible both are actually blocked or the right one recent got blocked. I will still suggest the serrapeptease/ castor oil massage and flushing. It has worked for a number of people I know personally. All the best.

I did Ovarian cyst surgery over a year ago after waiting for belle to enter for 3years. Waited and waited after the surgery. No show. Tried banana recipe like twice. Tried letrozole. Tried SMEP. Tried herbs. Tried antibiotics. Tried just forgetting about it and relaxing. Tried normal hospitals where I was given routine drugs or those that wanted to use me to do experiments and make money. I ran. Some of these things I tried before the surgery. Still I didn't get a bfp but I knew it was nearer cos I was now cyst free. Though, I minded what supplements I took so they won't grow again. I avoided pregnacare conception because of the vitex in it. And I took Wellwoman Original instead which has a simpler composition but still contains many vitamins and stuff.

Later, I got tired of trying on my own and decided to go further. I decided to try fertility treatments. And opted for IUI -Intrauterine Insemination. I made my findings looking for a reputable hospital with a record for successful IUI not just IVF. Towerofgrace's testimony of using St. Ivies, Ikoyi branch, Lagos and getting bfp gingered me. I found others who had successful IUI too with them. So I went to them- St.Ivies Ikoyi branch.
Ikeja headquarters was nearer to me but I opted for the particular branch where I had heard real life IUI success experiences of mamas here.

During the course of my investigative tests with them, they saw hydrosalphinx in both tubes with one tube even enlarged. Hydrosalphinx blocks sperms from passing through for those who may not know. How will I do IUI with this? I started asking doc about IVF. Not that I had the money sef neither was I ready for IVF but I knew my chances were slimmer with IUI in light of that. My FSH was also higher than normal. Ah! Kilode? (wetin happen na) I didn't have all these before. What changed? Well, the doc -Dr Osahon of Ikoyi branch encouraged me to still do my IUI and look up to God for success. He never pushed me towards towards IVF even though it would have brought in more money for them.

He prescribed antibiotics for me for the tubes after my HSG. I also started doing castor oil massage which I learnt from here, though without the heating to avoid injury to my surgery site. I just rubbed the castor oil on my tummy and slept off with it. I was told it will still penetrate into the reproductive system.
I believe God used the HSG, antibiotics, castor oil and warm water therapy which I will mention next, to help clear the hydro from my tubes. Note that I stopped the castor oil before my IUI cycle cos I didn't want anything to disturb the process. Castor oil breaks down adhesions and corrects things. I felt it should have done enough abeg.

I and my DH had started the habit of drinking warm water every morning like an hour or 30mins before food/breakfast... prior to the cycle I conceived. I went further to start drinking last thing at night for a few days . We had not even drunk warm water for two months complete before I conceived. It's just about a month plus we started it. I researched on it and I was amazed at the many benefits.
I also avoided processed sugar and sugary drinks this period. I had actually cut down seriously on sugary things since I discovered they were not good for fertility few years back.

Hubby started Addyzoa like two weeks to insemination just to boost his sperm count though we were not battling with that.

I also relaxed and slept more on my left side during my successful two week wait. I also drank lots of water. I mean lots like a bottle of water every 3-4 hours. I was told it will help transport the sperms to meet the eggs. And help implantation. I limited my going out during my tww. Relaxed more at home just laying down on my left and only stepped out quickly for very important reasons. This was just to avoid stress that may hamper fertilization and implantation.
In addition, it's advisable to wear thick socks during the tww to keep Uterus warm. I didn't wear socks but I wore thick palm slippers all over the house even in my bedroom.

I didn't pray much this cycle but I prayed sometimes and just asked God for mercy cos I was tired. But I remember that after last year's Shiloh, we were told to go home and praise God with our baby items for some nights. That is do like some minutes midnight praise every night. I really worshipped and praised my God for some nights that period lifting my baby item and pleading and crying sometimes for Him to show me mercy. My new phone even fell one of the nights and the screen broke seriously. I showed God my broken phone and told Him to 'compensate' me and crown my little efforts with success.
To add to my faith efforts, I brought out my baby item to my sitting room to boldly declare the presence of children in my house. Any visitors that came could see it. I was tired of trying to be careful of not being too forward. Now I didn't care. I had kids in my house. Period. If you like ask me where they were. Na you sabi
To cap it up, God blessed me with my bfp at last after much tears, waiting, negative reports etc. To Him alone be all the glory. Thank you for reading. I hope I have been able to help or ginger some mama's. God will do it for us all.

Darling do not take those drugs, I beg you. That is not what you need now. Work on your tubes and adhesions. Serrapeptase, xi xian cap and yi mu cao and pelvic massage with castol oil will work for you in Jesus name. It has helped a lot of mamas here with similar issues. Just search nairaland you will see.

If your tube/s are blocked or have adhesions that affects reproductive organs where conception take place, there is no amount of ovulation induction drug you take, it won't work except God help you(We know that there is no impossibility with God).

All, please always seek second opinion or even third opinion before any surgery on your belly. Adhesion is another big culprit of infertility. I am not a fan of laparoscopy. Hsg is better in a very good diagnostic center. Some of this doctors are mean and selfish. Sometimes they ask you to carry out surgery whether minor or major when its not just necessary just for their selfish interest. Always ask questions.
