please ask her why you need the carbergolin because prolactin would normally go high during pregnancy as you’ll definitely lactate when you give birth.. as for the folic acid you’re on the right path… to be on a safer side you can do progesterone test to check your progesterone levels to be sure it’s okay… Congrats ma�

Pls guide me on what to do and not. History is high prolactin had been on carbagolin for a while but stopped using it and stopped seeing doctor for the past 5months then boom Baba God just did it without using anything.
I met my Dr yesterday she said I should use 1dose of carbagolin and folic acid. And do scan to know the foetus position next tomorrow. I'm 5weeks gone. Pls help me to take the right path. Thank you

His sis I used cabergoline ,vit b6 and ewedu therapy( once in a while) for high prolactin.for fluid in the tube I first treated with antibiotics since they said the fluid can be caused by infection. Then a mama suggested a spice tea recipe which I did and it worked . that prolactin issue tends to hinder ovulation pls work on it very well

I don't really think adhesions is such a big deal. Many women have adhesions and still conceive. I think most times it is present there. The only thing is the 'obstructiveness' ,that is how big it is or smtn.

I dont think u need this laparoscopy yet.if i may advise,go for a scan in a place done by a consultant radiologist. Do that hsg again,i know it is painful but pls manage. Then take ur result to a consultant gynaecologist.
Dont mind anything the radiologist will write,just carry the result to a gynae, possibly smone that works in a govt hospital and is not after his own pocket.when u get to his office,pour out ur heart to him,tell him all ur fears and show him the result...whatever he tells u is more plausible. We can move on from there.

Lasy year after scan,the person told me i had pcos and adhesions. When i had already conceived without knowing sef.Just that it was too early when i went.

Hmmm mama, it depends on the severity of the adhesion. Adhesion can hinder conception & also cause miscarriage, reduced period & disorganized hormones among other complications. It's the worse I've experienced

It's been a year plus since I got married. However, started trying for a baby by March but developed pelvic pain during sex for which I went for scan and was told I have pid and uti. It was treated and I was advised by my doctor to run hormonal assay and HSG test. The result showed that my prolactin is high and that my follapian wasn't outlined and that I have intrauterine adhesion. I cried so hard yesterday and the consoled me by recommending me for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
Please I really don't want any form of surgery. Is there any herbal treatment for this issue

I'll advise you go for hyteroscopy or laparoscopy because I also had the same experience last year when the radiologist couldn't push thru during Hsg because of adhesion & he advice I see my gynecologist for hyteroscopy which I did & both hyteroscopy & laparoscopy was performed 2remove the adhesion. After 6months post surgery I went for Hsg & my tubes were outlined & no Regrow of adhesion. I dreaded surgery to remove d adhesion because of Regrow. I took a short cut of doing ijaw massage plu other tings which later caused me more damages. At the end of d day I still went for d surgery . So pls don't be discouraged. Ttc is a monster & you must not give up until you carry your bundles of joy. Cheer up dear

FSH and HCG injections are administered to help a woman ovulate.
I dont know what injection you are referring to for men.
FSH and HCG should only be administered under close supervision as side effects include Ovarian cyst.

I think it's hcg but I thought it's only given as a shot ONCE when follicles measure about 18mm

Pls my people, I need serious advice. It's been 3years we got married. Wife went for hsg and result is bilateral tubal occlusion. When I googled it means block tube. Wife said doctor said way out is IVF n me I don't have that money for IVF. Is there any drugs that is trusted to clear the blockage. Infact I feel cheated n sad. We are both almost 40.

Blocked tube(s) can be open though not for everyone but at least it did 4me & zone other Mama's. Doctor also suggested ivf as the only solution then but after trying some of the remedies Mama's here adviced it worked & I got pregnant.
So if you don't have money for ivf (in order to safe stress & gets faster results) you can do these :
Let her use serrapeptase,
Do Bara soak in papa water.
Do pelvic massage religiously,
Then go for flushing ( hydrotubation).
If the 2 doesn't open atleast 1 will open & you only need one to conceive.
While she's taking these remedies try to boost your sperm too so everything can work together. Wait for ther Mamas to contributes too. I wish you best of luck

My mother in law told me to get d leaf of ewelapalapa like 3-4pcs wash it & squeeze d water out (ewelapalapa is that leaf that fulani use to make their wara) EWE bombom. Then use the water to make Amala & eat. The amala shud be real yam flour (nt cassava flour) but yam flour itself. Do it for like 3days. That's what I wanted to try b4 I discovered my prolactin has been reduced already by carbagolin. I hope it works for you

My doctor told me yesterday that my only option is now IVF. We don't have IVF money for now. Im having tubal infertility. My right tube is totally blocked no spillage at all and I don't know what is blocking it. My left tube is moderately blocked with hydrosalpinx and little spillage was seen.

sorry to hear this my sister. you're not alone so don't beat yourself too hard - I was diagnosed of bilateral blocked tubes last year after a laparoscopy. the hospital hid the result from us and only told me that our only option is IVF. but man can only proposed but God heals. today my tubes re open. is it hsg you did to confirm the patency? if yes you can repeat the castor oil massage, serrapeptase. do it for some time then repeat the hsg. if u can herbs too use EPO IGI Obi combo o Bara soak wt pap water then intensify more effort on fertility massage. these re part of wat helped me. Even though I'm not pregnant yet but at least my tubes re open. so don't allow the hospital to deceive u EXCEPT if you have the means. i pray that as you do these God Almighty will heal you and BFP will be your song soon injn
