Good day everyone,
I finally got my acceptance letter from centennial college after making a deposit of 2650 dollars. But in the acceptance letter it states I should pay the remaining fees of 6680 dollars before June 25th.
The program is starting by September.
But as I dey like this, I no fit afford that kind money in just dat shikini period of time.
I'm thinking of deferring to January.
My question now is that, will me deferring my admission to January increase the due date of payment.
Please I need any amount of inputs I can get.

@vividlooks, so I added my student id to the mail I sent today, like you said.
I was told I would get it within 10 business days.
vividlooks:
Your LOA should have been sent at most 3working days from when they confirmed receipt of your funds.

Just keep sending mails but note, When sending mails, ensure you quote your student ID and program code as subject. They'll respond . All the best

Centennial college offers people an admission seat but will only send an acceptance letter after a deposit.

You said you got admission I'm confused about what other acceptance letter you're looking for

Yeah that's the address I've been mailing
CentennialGuy:
Continue to mail them. Make sure you are mailing the correct region handling international students from Africa. That's africa@centennialcollege.ca.

Good day everyone,

As at last week I got an admission from centennial college, of which I was required to make a deposit of 2650 dollars.
It's been a week since I paid the deposit, but up till now I haven't gotten my acceptance letter.
The last time I heard from them was when I was sent a confirmation message with a receipt that my payment has been confirmed.
I already mailed them multiple times but didn't get any reply, please what can I do.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Iamgrac: 4:57am On Apr 26, 2022
Oh thank you so much
CentennialGuy:
Don't worry, it will come with your email for LOA. The LOA will come at the most in 3 business days after payment was made.

@centennialguy I just got offered an admission I don't have a portal.
Am I to open it?
CentennialGuy:
Give them 3 business days for the money to reflect in your portal and they will send you your LOA.

Good evening everyone,
So I got a mail from centennial college this evening stating that my nephew has been admitted to study software engineering and he is required to pay a deposit of 2650 dollars.
Is this normal?
And if it is, can anyone tell me how we're to go about it.
I'd really appreciate if I can get a quick response as there's limited time remaining.

Thank you very much
I really appreciate grin
technix:
Merely paying part of the tuition fee doesn't 'necessarily' boost your chances of approval. You are mainly required to show that the overall fund is readily available and to address lump sum.

If your school doesn't require a tuition deposit, I won't advise paying deposit.

Thank you very much makano
I'm honored to get a reply from you
makano:
Hello Lamgrac

Even though payment of school fees doesnt guarantee study permit approval, it increases your chance of getting your application approved because paying of school fees tells the Visa of the applicant's commitment to his or her proposed study in Canada..

When paying the Fees, make sure you let the Visa officer know that you have more than enough funds for your studies and living expenses all through your stay in Canada..

Peace

Good afternoon everyone,

Is it advisable to pay 10,000cad out of a tution fee of 33,000 cad
The reason I want to pay the tution fee, is the fear of being refused based on financial capability

Good afternoon everyone,

Please who is available to help me read through my nephew's statement of purpose.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Iamgrac: 3:46pm On Mar 28, 2022
Good afternoon everyone,

I'm currently typing a statement of purpose for my nephew, but I need help in some parts
His mother is the one who would be sponsoring him. But she has only a few landed properties whereas his Father has a lot
Since it's his mother that's sponsoring him.
in the part of financial support in the sop, is it okay if I also include his father in it or it should be strictly his mother as she would be the one sponsoring him.

Good evening everyone,

Please about the custodian declaration form, does it matter if the custodian first gets it notarized in Canada before we also notarize our part here in Nigeria.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Iamgrac: 7:09pm On Mar 25, 2022
Does the order in which it is don matter,
I mean can the custodian first notarize it before the parents?
kweje:
What you need to do is fill both pages online, then print it out.
Have the page 2 it signed by the parents or guardian, give to a Notary public to sign.
Leave the page 1 unsigned, its for the custodian and Canadian Notary.
Scan both pages and email to the custodian. He or she will sign their bit and give to a Canadian lawyer.

Then it can be rescanned and emailed back to you.

Could you please narrate what happened or better still
Can I email you if you don't feel comfortable posting it online.

When did she withdraw from her courses? I am asking because I lost 50% of my tuition under similar circumstances. Did she pay attention to the deadline?
