I just came back from the market .
I took a little above 6k to shop but didn't really buy much.
I live in kuje Abuja, a mudu of local rice is 800 naira now, instead of 500. I bought 3 mudus = 2400
I bought power oil, 1.6 litres for 1100
Tomatoes and peppers = 500
Original Titus fish ( 2) for 1600
I also bought carrots.
Money don finish!
God will help us. At least this will take me till Saturday!

It's time to boost our immunity.
Blend fresh ginger (2 pieces) and fresh garlic (a hand ful) and squeeze the juice in the lime into the blender. (2 limes) and add a little water and blend.
Remove the paste from the blender and refrigerate.
Take 2 spoons of this paste and mix it into a cup of hot water. Allow to cool Abit and drink.
Take this mixture, once a day for a week and boost your immunity. Please let's take this mixture, even if you doubt it, garlic and ginger doesn't kill any one. @seun

Good day dear, grind fresh garlic ( a hand-ful ) and fresh ginger ( like 2 pieces) and add the juice from the lime and a little water. 2 limes into the blender don't forget to remove the seeds from the lime. Make sure you blend them very well then remove the mixture from the blender into a plate and share them into small nylons ( moi - moi nylon) you can put just two spoons each in the nylon and put them into a freezer to preserve the mixture.
However, you would need to take the mixture once a day. Boil a cup of water then add one of the mixture in a cup with the boiled water. Allow to cool and drink. After 3 days you will thank me and most especially God. Just take the mixture for 1 week, but just once a day since you don't have Coronavirus.

will like to advise Nigerians in my own little way;


1. Don't shake hands with anybody.

2. Boil your drinking water and allow it to cool before drinking.

3. Eat at least half of a bitter kola everyday.

4. Be careful when buying things from the roadside. E.g. a woman selling Akara will use the same hand she uses to collect money, to count and package your Akara. Same goes for Mai Suya etc.

5. Don't eat without washing your hands.

My dear, apart from bitter kola. I watched a live video on Facebook about a Nigeria mum with Coronavirus in the UK.
Guess what she took for 3 days, every four hours??
Fresh grounded garlic and fresh grounded ginger with lime for 3 days. Coronavirus disappeared!
My dear, I didn't waste time to grind mine.
But I took mine just once a day instead of the 4 hours interval she took hers because I don't have Coronavirus. My dear the small wound/cut I had on my hand dried up after two days.

I'm a teacher. I own a school. If I had known I would end up teaching, I would have read education. However, I had to do a PGD in Education and a TRCN professional examination.

My dear, 5k this time can't really do much. A lady sent me 5k yesterday after pleading with her to help me. I just started a school and 90% of the parents haven't paid me a dime. I just came back from the market in kuje, Abuja.
Guess what I bought with the 5k??
Tomatoes and peppers- 500
Onions- 500 ( small dustbin basket) it's economical for me!!!
Yam- 1500 ( 5 tiny tubers)
Ogbono- 200 ( half cup)
Cray fish- 100
Ugu- 50
Okro- 50
Meat- 1500 ( for stew and soup for the week)
Pure water- 3 bags( 390). 130 for a bag.
Money don finish!!!
Transport fare- 200 ( to and fro)
Thank God I even got the 5k from the lady. It's not easy!!
At least I would have stew and soup to eat till Saturday!!
