That's my major concern with Sarri. I don't know how much he knows about the league because the Italian style of play is different. But it's really not surprising that Abramovich is going for another Italian coach, he has a strong record with them from Ancelotti to Di Matteo and Conte and now Sarri. I guess Italian football turns him on and I'm sure he will pull through with this deal. Somehow the style of play is determined by the coach and it kinda makes me give him a benefit of doubt in the PL.

Coaching in Serial A only doesn't limit any coach. My concern is how much he knows about the premier league. He doesn't have to be a coach in the league to have an experience, all he needs is to have been following the league. There are clips, training tapes etc to do that. How much he knows is the bone of contention.

well to my own understanding most of the coaches Chelsea has ever hired don't have PL experience after from Benitez who has been with Liverpool before, others were just first timers in the PL if am not mistaking, so let's cross our fingers and see what happens.

Left to me I'd prefer Conte to continue rather than hiring Sarri
