sorry michV about your application, I believe it is because you program was pgd. it is obvious vo don't value pgd much and finds it difficult to believe that your mum will commit the required fund on your pgd study based on the closing balance. A master program will have sailed through because they attach more value and believe it is worth it even if your mum spend all her earnings and savings for it. Change to master and your will be fine or let your mum increase the closing balance to over 10m

You do not need to include personal assets or personal statement of accounts because you are not self sponsored, these would have been valuable to prove home ties but that was not the problem. The statement of sponsor from your sister is the area that will need work on, it has to be convincing that she will fund your study, but first collect your GCMS it will clarify how the vo came to the conclusion of insufficient fund

It seems the vo thinks the financial burden is too much for your sister and is not convince she will provide the required fund for you. the problem might be with the letter of sponsor where she needs to state why she is willing to commit such amount to your study plan. Your best bet will be for your sister to transfer substantial amount into your account. your chances are very bright with your master admission. reapply quickly and all the best

Try opening the file on your PC or tab, it wont open on your cell-phone. Those things you stated are not the reasons for denial.

I wouldn't knw why nairaland js nt opening on my laptop, telling too many riderects. So i just decided to copy the reason of refusal.

Sorry for the refusal, I believe there may have been some inconsistencies in your application. what is your employment situation, under normal circumstance your application should pass.

thanks for ur answer on this,same response was what @Acrayo gave but this moniker called me out to aid him out of this but didn't respond cos im not conversant with online application. One moniker here advised wrongly which i was dissatisfied because with my little knowledge i knew that answer was inappropriate.
