How dare you compare the OONI with that boy KANU. one is royalty the other I don't even know where to place him.
Using a Yoruba mans forum (Seun Osewa) to type rubbish make dem go create their own Nairaland too, in short some IBO people are beginning to piss me the way they reason these days.

Career / Re: Salary Range Of A Flight Dispatcher At Entry Level. by iamphill: 3:08pm On Nov 13, 2017
do you mean the FAA dispatcher licence
seuneguavoen:

The search has been tough, I've had just one invitation for an interview since my Licence. You just have to stay close to the industry & keep ur ears 2 d ground. Don't wait 4 folks to tell u things... always ask.

If you have a friend in any of d airlines try squeezing ur CV in. Its just like any oda job search in Naija dis days. But u hardly see FD adverts on job search engines so stick closer 2 ur aviator friends. During ur OJT try making lots of friends, dat way u have enough numbers 2 dial for info.

Lastly, if u do find an offer pls accept it no matter how little, use dat 2 build experience (it matters a lot in dis industry of ours).

I'm only sure dat as a FD u won't be out of work 4 too long. Time, experience, skill etc will latter get u d hot companies.

Sex six times a day?

And right now that she seem to have overcome her obsession, she still must have it at least twice a day.

I doubt this kinda thing can happen to a guy. Once you come your body suppose come down na, abi. What am I saying seff. I don't even know what to write again.

But wait o, you mean this dude is truly in love with her knowing about all her crazy past and the fact that she has four kids outside wedlock and probably a carrier of HIV virus? My guy just won dey trip for the twice a day sex.

I am donating my eyes and ears. There is nothing left to see and hear in this world.

I see this as a celebration of mediocrity. the man is looking 60 whereas he is 40. now the question that begs for answering. How long has buhari being in government? Let's say 2-3years what has the man being doing with himself for 37years. sometimes we are our worst enemies. the government is bad but people wey dey build houses, companies they travel up and down go to the airport and see the traffic of people coming and going dem get 2heads. Black man THINK!!!!!!!!

let her go because she is gone already. she has already moved on. You made her know you cant sleep or eat without her now bear it. Also try to be more serious with your life and make decisions devoid of Emotions. Dont worry Time heals everything you will be fine.

Philosophia:
So many things have crossed my mind. Is she seeing someone? But she assures me that she's not seeing anyone. Is she just looking for a fresh start? What did I do terribly wrong?

I am so confused. I called her, maybe to get direction or to hear something else. I'm not sure. She is advising me to fast and pray about it to get direction on what to do. She said she has prayed and fasted and she was told to prepare her mind for marriage.

I do not want to loose her but I don't know how I am supposed to do that. What is that supposed to achieve for me?

I am so lost.

That move of his is strategic in the world of diplomacy, you are too dumb to realise that.

I kinda dig into your way of thinking. I hope he pulls it off. He is putting IMO on world map and build bilateral relationships with foreign sovereign nations. This might also be a plus for Biafra if it is finally attained.

But come to think of it the people are hungry and impoverished he should sort them first before these political idiosyncrasies that looks more like gambling and wasting the funds which they government want the people to believe its paucity...

I nerve knew that the greatest joy I will ever feel as a young Lady would be this shot.
Just yesterday my bf of two years proposed to me and we set aside December for our introduction.
I left his place in the evening only for him to call me right now and say he has been laid off. As I type this with tears running down my eyes he is on his way home..

Pls could I be the cause of this predicament?

Is there anyone who can help him get engaged with something please as he may go into depression..

We already planned on how to save for December and now this has just happened..

He is an engineer and can do just anything...

Omg
. why do I feel he is pranking you. Trying to see if you are gonna be faithful

I just shake my head whenever I read about people cursing their MIL or not wishing 4 one.

My mother in law and I are going to be close, I will love that woman plenty. I've always wanted a second mother, besides MIL are cool depends on how you treat their son, her and her family members. They will find it hard to dislike u if everyone like u

I mean this is a woman that must have sacrificed for her son.

You sound naive. you dont know nothing about Mother inlaws ........
Family / Re: What Do You Think Is More Painful - To Lose Mother Or Father? by iamphill: 11:41am On Oct 13, 2017
I can relate to your question to an extent. I just lost my wife and i have a son of about 3years and a daughter of about 2months and some weeks. Funny enough today makes it 2months she died.
Sometimes i feel helpless and confused thinking about the future of the kids and many issues am facing from my inlaws (it was an intertribal union) .
Guess i can learn one or two things from this thread.

Take heart OP. Am sure your deceased parent is in a better place. God be with ua all.

Health / Re: Man Driving Benz Goes Unclad & Runs Mad For 30mins In Lekki by iamphill: 1:19am On Sep 24, 2017
Narldon:

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by abnormal social behavior and failure to understand what is real.

Common symptoms include false beliefs, unclear or confused thinking, hearing voices that others do not hear, reduced social engagement and emotional expression, and a lack of motivation.

People with schizophrenia often have additional mental health problems such as anxiety disorders, major depressive illness, or substance-use disorders.

Mental health problems can have a wide range of causes. In most cases, no one is sure precisely what the cause of a particular problem is. It's likely that for many people there is a combination of factors, although some people may be more deeply affected by certain things than others.

The following factors could potentially trigger a period of poor mental health:

childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect

social isolation or loneliness

experiencing discrimination and stigma

the death of someone close to you

severe or long-term stress

unemployment or losing your job

social disadvantage, poverty or debt

homelessness or poor housing

caring for a family member or friend

a long-term physical health condition

drug and alcohol misuse

domestic violence or other abuse as an adult

significant trauma as an adult, such as military combat, being involved in a serious accident or being the victim of a violent crime

physical causes – for example, a head injury or a condition such as epilepsy can have an impact on behaviour and mood (it is important to rule out causes such as this before seeking further treatment for a mental health problem)

genetic factors – researchers are currently investigating whether there might be a genetic cause of various mental health problems but there is no clear proof yet.

The mainstay of treatment is antipsychotic medication, along with counselling, job training, and social rehabilitation.

Guess most Nigerians are schizophrenic in Nature. Or maybe Bipolar in Nature. Lits of mad men roaming the country wearing clothes and leading others.

i am posting this on behalf of a friend, she has been on nairaland for years but she's the shy type she hardly post a comment, so i told her i was gonna post this on her behalf and she agreed.

This pretty young and endowed lady is a very good friend of mine, she's a graduate of agriculture from one the Nigerian universities. She's from Ghana but was born and brought up in Nigeria.

To cut the long story short this lady was diagnosed with fibroid a malign type that affected her ovaries. She had previously had an operation to remove the fibroid but doctors could only scrap it off and not remove it totally because it was on her ovaries three years later the fibroid grew back aggressively causing some other infections and was almost turning cancerous, doctors had to do another surgery early this year to remove it, but this time around they removed it completely together with her ovaries and uterus. Now it's clear that she can never concieve

She's really depressed sometimes thinking about taking her life, she's this kind of girl that's big about the "marriage thing", she's worried that no man will wanna marry a woman that can't give birth. I have tried convincing her that der are men out der who don't really want children probably because they have already from past marriages and the likes (if you that kinda guy and you are interested pm me).

I have ran out of ideas to console her with, i need advice or suitors for her.
. can I have your contact.
