It’s been a while I’ve been off here.

Plus can my uncle use his land as an asset when standing as a secondary sponsor,I mean just land documents and nothing else?

Hello house,please I need extra clarification on this.Is it important to state what I’ve been doing over my 2 years stay after completing high school in my sop?
Or the 2 year gap can be left untouched and it won’t affect my visa application?

Each province decides the age of a minor. For a study permit, a minor is someone less than 17 years and can apply to travel with a parent or legal guardian. I believe this situation does not apply to you.

You will need a lot of patience, time and data lol but it is doable once you get a hang of it. Start by reading through these threads here and google as well. Most of the things are there. Read up on what you will need to package for your uncle too since that is a third party sponsorhip.
