It seems your likes dont know UI. In early 90's when highest mark used to be within the range of 240 to 270 in the federation, UI did not allow less than 200. Even, some departments would still raise the bar. VC list can only help you into some departments not admission.

Two, marrying someone at young age is even wide spread in some areas in US that has nothing to do with Islam (pls google child marriage case in US). 3, Islam, to my knowledge, does not stipulate age for marriage.
