I have always read and heard people using age to discredit personalities who are vying for posts. I disagree with it, though I had never responded until now. Ruling has nothing to do with age once the person is mature. Though, health issue may be a factor, there are a lot of over seventies that are healthier and stronger than small decades. As someone who has had the honour of being in the two positions, this is my short take. It is wrong that anyone should be denied his or her salary once the work is done. I had worked at two different schools before and I was owed in both, but I was not that angry because I knew what was going on and talked my colleagues out of taking drastic measures. The parents are the one mostly responding for this problem. They don't pay in time and sometimes take away a child to another without paying outstanding bill. In fact there was a parent that begged for almost two terms and later took the children to another school when she had the money. However, proprietor (tress) can avoid non payment of salary this day because there are different platforms that are ready to provide loan for salary. You, as a teacher, take a loan and make sure that your proprietor is a guarantor. Free to ask for guidance.

Whenever I lie down to sleep, different uninvited thoughts start forcing themselves on my brain both those that happened today and the ones of years ago. I always try deflecting them by replacing them with bible quote or singing praise to God in my head.

Truly, there is a road almost completed, but it is a toll road, the thickness is nothing and will be probably spoilt within 5 years. Part of it already shows sign of stress. I believe the man want to use it to make money like Lekki toll road, the problem is that the quality us so poor even not compare to Am bode road from Epe.

This is a prototype. The road is two lane a side. I pass through every other day. The thickness is also so thin. I don't think it can last 5years and it is also tolled.
