It's common courtesy and basic good manners for anyone to pick up after themselves, so she's wrong as far as that goes.

Other than that, she isn't under obligation to cook for or clean after anyone, it would be a 'nice' gesture obviously, but she doesn't need to do anything, especially on account of her being a 'girl' which you seem very focused on

It's also none of you business, your brother has eyes and can make any decision concerning their relationship himself unless he specifically asks you
