Music and movies are not something you own in physical sense, so no way in hell you can measure per capita, maybe a number of cars produced in a country per capita? Good and fine, because you can say one individual to one car but a single music can be "own" Downloaded a billion times.

None of their bank is among top ten. All top ten Banks in Nigeria are indigenous.

When comparing nation - we use per-capita. Otherwise how would you compare. US is like 300M; Britain like 60M; it need to be bigger than UK five times - otherwise they may have the largest but not the best of anything.

So US is not top in everything (or anything); which is why most Western Europe countries, Australia, New Zeland, Japan and even South Korea are considered better countries than US.

Will you say UK movie industry is bigger and better than United State's? Yes or no will do.

PER CAPITA is Key unless you're a slowpoke. You'll never FIND ME SAYING KENYA IS MORE DEVELOPED THAN BOSTWANA OR NAMIBIA OR SOUTH AFRICA. Only a slowpoke would say so. Without even checking - I can confidently declare Mauritus is better than kenya in nearly all aspects. I will factor PER CAPITA. That is only way to COMPARE COUNTRIES..

Of course not every small country is better than kenya. We have the Nigers. And then not every big country is better than Kenya. We have the Nigerias.

Per capita is not the key. You only use per capita when it favours you.

US has the biggest movie industry in the world in terms of revenue, figure in per capita and UK beats it.

US also has the biggest music industry in the world, per capita and Japan beats it.

Despite all this, you never see anyone saying UK and Japan has a bigger industry that US.

NOT EVERYTHING IS MEASURED IN PER CAPITA!
