immortalcrown: Even though articles on Wikipedia can be written or edited by anyone, you can't just write things in without evidence, all your information has to be sourced from somewhere or they will be removed by the admins. That's pretty reliable to me. Better still, instead of using wikipedia as source, you can simply use use the source that wikipedia cited as source.. |

Flamemignon1: I remember reading from somewhere that his films since "The Sixth Sense" had turn a profit, so it kinda make sense that WB would wanna tap into this. Say what you'll about M. Night Shyamalan but the man knows his audience. I like how he funds his own movies so he probably would have ended up funding "Trap" himself anyway. 1 Like |

A Knock at the Cabin (2023).....6.5 Deviates greatly from the source material which I kinda resent cos the deviation voided the plot twist which in turn diluted the climax considerably. What's the point of a psychological horror if there are no plot twists?? I enjoyed the acting nonetheless even if the simple plot was a tad too predictable. Dave killed it as Leonard. 2 Likes |

John Dies at the End (2012).....8 Tried their best to bring the source material to life and succeeded somewhat. +++++++ The Belko Experiment (2016).....8 Written by James Gunn, it's a well paced claustrophobic/survival horror about US expats trapped in a government building and forced by their employer to partake in a brutal social experiment. |

shogsman: Ironic calling somebody naive when you think like an illiterate lmao. We're in the 21st century, hello. Imagine thinking a piece of paper is more valuable than a NIN ffs. Go and research how NIN works and how security agencies can track down the person the NIN is attached to, using only a smartphone. Every NIN is connected to a sim the owners use on a daily basis. Go to the appropriate website and you can track the owner of the NIN right down to his sitting room. Meanwhile, someone could sell you a stolen item with a fake receipt. As long as the receipt has no barcode or QR codes, it's nothing but a worthless piece of paper. If you can't verify the authenticity of a receipt, it's worthless. That's why online/digital shopping remains the best way to avoid buying stolen products cos it offers easily verifiable digital receipt. The seller offering his NIN as guarantor is the next best thing as it's also digitally verifiable. Anyhoo, I don't think your cock and bull story is true. No one in their right mind will turn down a great deal just because a piece of paper is not available. 1 Like |

shogsman: If the NIN is his, he can be tracked down easily. All you have to do is verify that the NIN is his, that's all. |

shogsman: You put to much trust on a piece of paper that's not verifiable and can easily be forged. NIN on the other hand is easily verifiable and can't be forged. If a seller is willing to use his NIN as a guarantor then he's legit. You fvcked up bro. You should have taken the deal. 1 Like |

Gmajor: Hollywood put alot of emphasis on looks. To have a shot at being a leading man/woman in Hollywood, an aspiring actor is expected to be good looking or at least photogenic. Although sometimes, someone comes along who has a talent that transcends attractiveness and works their way up the food chain against all odds. ....Don Cheadle, Steve Buscemi, Whoopi Goldberg.... Having said that, Majors is an attractive young man. He has that classic handsome negroid look. Not everyone can rock broad features like he does. 7 Likes |

OhBritannia: The poor performance in China has nothing to do with race. Disney made the film available for streaming 7 days ago. With VPN, you can have access to contents that's barred in your country. I reckon millions in China watched the film via VPN the moment it hit Disney+. 7 Likes |

DOyaskii:Yep. I'm leisurely going through the "100 Best Horror Movies of the 21st Century" that I discovered on dreadit. DOyaskii:The negative reviews boggles the mind. The cinematography, music, the symbolism, acting, foreshadowing, atmosphere, etc are top notch. The only issues I had are the length and pacing, If they had edited out 20 minutes from the film, it would have become a tightly woven mystery horror, a la Ari Aster movies. All in all, this is one of those times that reviews don't tell the whole story. |

Seunpaul01: 1....When she visited the chef's house, while glancing at the portraits, she noticed that he was the happiest when he was making a hamburger. 2....You answered your own question. The chef has already made up his mind to kill the guest so even if they had emulated the hooker, it wouldn't have made any difference. He only let her go because she wasn't part of his original plan. |
