Please I need an estimate on the following cost
1. How much can it cost me to roof a 3bedroom (e.g long span roof)
2. How much can it cost me for plumbing and there Will be a tank outside the house for bringing water into the house (but excluding the tank and borehole) I just want a rough estimate on pipe running
3. Cost of plastering the whole house in and out
4. Tilling the patio, seating room/dining , full tiling of toilet and baths x 2 and kitchen
5. Cos of running electricity wires and including Nepa meter

A friend was denied in may at abuja and reapplied afta 2wks and was again denied(reason:RECENTLY DENIED) .Then it baffled us since it was indicated in d first refusal note that if he wishes to reapply he shud attach all required documents..and wich he did. Then we cald s.a embasy abuja why he was rejectd and they said he ought nt to apply until afta 6months frm d initial denial

please i want to reapply for s.a visit visa again by september because i was denied this july 23rd. Please guys will my invitation letter be signed and stamped by s.a police or is it only the sworn oath letter that needs to be signed and stamped ?

collinsfbi: for processing time check here http://www.vfsglobal.com/southafrica/nigeria/holiday_visaprocess.html but most of the time, it usually exceed the stipulated time because of the number of applications received by vfs Lagos. On the other hand, call any of these numbers (01-4612067 or 01-4612050 - only vfs Lagos) and be sure to have your passport number with you when calling, I am sure they will check for you.

I submitted my application for visitors visa 1st of july in vfs global lagos but I don't know how long it will take for the processing to be done. How many weeks will it take to be out ?
I have been tracking it online but still on processing at the south africa embassy lagos.

At the risk of you asking me to keep my trap sealed (cos you didn't direct the question to me), I'll attempt to answer some of your questions.

To gain admission for M Sc, you need first and foremost to have your credentials evaluated by SAQA. Think of SAQA as JAMB (not really structured as such). Before you can gain undergraduate admissions here, you need JAMB to say you can.

What SAQA does is to evaluate your credentials and determine whether you have the necessary qualifications and grade to pursue your chosen course (among other things). Initially, they may ask for a Certified True Copy to be sent to them. The earliest is a month (but costs more). If they are satisfied, you get a response from them. However, you may be required to send them the originals of the credentials if they see the need to investigate further.

The response from them will determine whether you will go on to apply to the university or not. However, I have heard that some courses don't require SAQA (not sure of the veracity of this claim)

TYPOP: My brother, people on this page may not be able to help you. This issue pertains to Visa appeal generally and you may need to seek experts' advice. Find the lawyers' page on nairaland and I'm sure they should be able to help. I know one or two people here may have one or two words on this but until they see your post, they may not reply. TYPOP: I'm sure you can find your way to Ojota. From there, tell the touts you are going to Oregun Bus Stop (any bus should pick you). From Oregun, pick a Marwa to the UK Visa (or simply walk straight on, perpendicular to the road you were taking to Ikeja). It is not too far.

I think you can get it done in Lagos. And please note that it is VFS global that will attend to you not the SA High Commission. The High Commission only attends to long term permits (like Student Visa, Business Permit).

pavorikoko: I take it that u are not updated! I was at the airport on monday the 13th May 2013 and the nurses issuing the card said it by themselves that they av changed their stamp from an old one to a new one.

collinsfbi: separate forms must be completed in respect of persons over the age of 16 and children under the age of 16 traveling on their own passports.

collinsfbi: Whichever you plan to travel, you must include a reserved flight itinerary in your application, mind you, don't pay for any flight itinerary for application purpose, ordinary reservation is accepted and you can do that with South African Airway and choose pay later option.
