Its a special adaptor for filling your car with LPG. Obviously, your car had been fitted with an lpg tank (usually found in the boot or space originally reserved for your spare tyre) thus making your car a Dual Fuel car. If you can't find the gas tank then it may have been removed when the car was shipped to Nigeria as there are very few places where you can refill with lpg here. Its usually a cheaper option of fuel and more environmentally friendly to the ozone layer and your engine but we here in Nigeria have not caught up yet with this technology. What a shame. In countries where lpg is available for car use, your insurance premium will be lower and apart from being exempt from paying car taxes or annual licensing, you may also be exempt from paying congestion charges. Its nothing to worry about as I'm sure your car has been reverted to running with gasoline. Car-Doctor.
Nagode SoSei |
ZIM DRILL: It looks like your car used to run on dual fuel pertrol and LPG gas, that was the hole for filling the gasWhat is the implication bro. I just got the car early this year. Don't really know much about it save that it is doing fine and not consuming much fuel. Have tried to do a free Vin Check on it with its vin No : VSKTBAV10U0088657, without success. But it was shipped from Amsterdam holland. So does it mean that car can run without fuel? Is there a chance that I will get the lid back as it has been very hard to find? God bless you. |
Thank you in advance |
I am Using Nissan Tino 2002. While driving out this evening I discovered that this hole beside the Fuel Tank lid is not covered either because it's cover fell off yesterday or it was stolen in the Night as I parked outside. What is the name of this hole and what is its work? I need this in my search for its replacement. Jah bless.

ZIM DRILL: Tell what feel your self when you drive the carI feel like something is burning like brake but they say my brake is ok but the clutch. |
@Op , Get this straight, it won't work . You are suffering from infatuation unfortunately at 34, You are either interested in the good s*x he gives you or blinded by the fact that he is from a comfortable home. In any case, look out for guys who are ready to settle down and not sugar boys. And how did your infatuation story translate to the heading you gave it? I am a typical Nigerian guy, dating a girl a year younger than me, I met her in my faculty in 2006, Asked her for serious '' courtship'' in 2008....... I graduated in 2008 and she did in 2011, I served in Far North and residing there now,.... She served in Lagos and resides in Lagos now. We trust, respect and value each other. We visit each other when convenient, and we have perfected plans to sacrifice our present locations and settle down next year. I will tell you this, ..... My fiancee is not the young, skin glowing, year one, girl that I saw in 2006, She is a lady now...... But my love for her has gone beyond appearance and stronger than then. NOW, RELATE MY OWN LOVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HEADING YOU GAVE YOUR UPDATE AND SEE WHETHER YOUR GENERALIZATION IS TRUE!!!! |
Still confused on what to do..... Another mechanic confirmed the earlier evaluation from the first. Sad!!!! |
Thank You ZIM DRILL...... God bless you. So do you know what can cause a car to be losing speed? |
ZIM DRILL: I think he is trying to con youSo changing the clutch kit involves opening the engine or gear?? I just dont want to mess with the engine and the gear this early. He showed me that the speed of the car has slowed down because of the clutch wahala...... I am so sad now!!! |
I got a Tokumbo Nissan Almera Tino 2002 from Cotonou, I love the car and it has manual gear. But this morning, the mechanic that helped me drove the car down to Northern Nigeria said I should change the clutch plates immediately as it is affecting the movement of the car. Please people, what is Clutch plates or disc In Nissan Almera .... and is it a Very serious engine or gear problem? Will working on the clutch affect the Gear, and engine.? Will it be wise to work on the engine of a tokumbo car immediately after buying it? I am just confused and scared! !!! |
Try Honda Stream 1999-2001 Nissan Almera Tino 2000-2002 Your budget is not complete though .... Buying these cars You mentioned will need @least 1M. That is from cotonou as tokumbo. 600k - 650k as cotonou cost price 320k-330k as cotonou and Nigerian custom clearance 70k-80k as cost of fixing it in proper shape. Except Toyota sienna, I heard that all others are economically of fuel wise |
U is the 10th digit in my VIN no..... please somebody help, it seems there is a twist somewhere? |
