I also got lean due to stress, I was not happy about it so I checked some reviews online and came to know about apetamin
I went to the chemist to get it at 2k
It really helped me in gaining weight fast but I ate well o
After one bottle I was turning chubby apetamin is good but it adds flesh to one's tummy I was not happy about that cus I had a small waist naturally
It was 22-23 before apetamin but after the second bottle it turned 25-26 I was not happy so I stopped it

Currently now am using blood tonic with another syrup I won't like to mention,
It did not add fat to my tummy only my hips which am very happy about.

At night, rice with beef or chicken stew.
