For me? I say 2008 - 2010. And thats what i base my statement on.

Some transmissions are created to shift at lower rev limits (economy) while some at higher rev limits (sports). In the end it all depends on manufacturer design.

You are actually saving more as long as engine rpm don't go beyond 2000 rpm.

[color=#1980BC]That is why manual is so good for this kind of exercise, you control the rev just below 2000 and above engine stall whilst manually upshifting as quickly as possible. With Auto somehow at some point along the revs and upshifting to gear 4, the auto tranny computer will surpass that 2000 RPMs maybe up to 2500....it will waste valuable gas time during the whole procedure thus wasting gas.[/color]

Easy on the gas, allow transmission doesn't it's work, while you count the gear change numbers. At 60km/h, gear 4 should have been engaged.

[color=#1980BC] You are not saving gas if you allow auto tranny get to gear 4 how much less maintain a relatively low rev on so high a gear...With a manual,you can go very quick to gear 4 and maintain the power at low rev just above engine stall range.. [/color]

If Iran wants to play spy tradecraft then it must learn to play it like everyone else instead of risking its head on a suicide mission. [/color]

"Flowing with it" means succumbing to the anxiety or stop resisting the panic mode so as to break that vicious cycle i.e taking it easy with yourself,set small goals for you to achieve, letting those you genuinely trust know your mental struggles, avoid pushing yourself too much or feeling guilty or ashamed because it is perfectly normal. Seek help, psychological help...take medications (antidepressants ) when you feel overwhelmed (but try to avoid addiction). Do things you enjoy doing and avoid to much worries....in a nutshell, when you live your life anticipate the worst that can happen but HOPE for the best. Las las you go dey alright. [/color]
