Actually, I totally agree with you. Between you and me, I don’t expect Cameroun to do well because they have a tough draw. Brazil, Serbia, and Switzerland are all top teams. In addition, as a coach, Rigobert Song is just a poor man’s Austin Eguaveon. But watch out, they will put up a better fight than those North African sissies .
It is true that Belgium went a bit soft today. But still, I cannot but notice that the Egyptian backline isn't even their first choice Backline. Yet Belgium fell.
It is well.
When WC begin, your eyes on Cameroun go clear.
I think Ghana would even do a bit better than Cameroun but both are going home after the first round. Time will tell.
Bro, the game never start now. Haha! Just wait until the the kickoff, then we’ll see who’s who. Do you think that Egypt can defeat Belgium in a real match? Right now, all the teams going to the World Cup are taking it easy to avoid unnecessary injuries.
O pari
TheSuperNerd: Cameroun that just drew 1-1 with Small Panama??
Thank you o, jare. I have been studying those Arab countries for several years now. They only know how to perform within Africa. Once they get to the World stage, they’ll have stage fright.
O pari
AndSunGorilla: Your head dey dia jare, ori e fonkan sibe!!!! Fela's Viva Africa song just dey play for my head.
Haha!! Morocco ke? Expect to be disappointed again, broda. I gave up on those Arab countries when they started losing to the likes of Saudi Arabia and some minnow Asian countries. Take for instance, Morocco was unbeatable before the last World Cup, only to lay an egg once they stepped out in Russia.
Anyway, I have learned my lessons. Right now, I am with Senegal and Ghana. I expect even Cameroun to do better than Morocco and Tunisia.
Outside of Africa, I am all for Messi winning his first World Cup. Unfortunately, the absence of Giovani Lo Celso might disrupt their chances. But if the Argies can’t then I will pitch my tent with Brazil and the Netherlands. I think those two countries play the best football in the world right now.
O pari
TheSuperNerd: I stand with Morocco bruv. Even if they don't venture far, I am with them. They play better football than that Ghanaian team of Merceneries and Akwaaba crooners.
Morocco have always been my Favorite African team after the Super Eagles. Outside Africa, it is Brazil and The Netherlands for me.
Ghana isn't going beyond the first round. Cameroun too will not cross the first round.
Senegal might.
Morocco's chances are not clear but they might or might not.
TheSuperNerd: Lol.... My Loquacious Sesquipedalianic rabblerouser
Don't try to shift the goalpost of the discussion. You said no one has labelled Lookman by any special nickname.
I believe you understand what making specific statements mean.
Now read below and tell me if Chriskels wasn't right about what he pointed out.
Did you lie or NOT?
Funny thing is... as a bonus, you can listen to this show below and see where I repeated my newly formed name for lookman thanks to his fine form in Serie A. See it from 12.58
Huh Please I hope you’ll be rooting for Ghana in Qatar sha.
FYI - Ghana, Senegal, and Cameroon are Africa’s only hope in this World Cup. I don’t trust any of those Arab countries, they only know how to perform once they see Black Africans but they never don’t show up on the World stage. Expect Tunisia and Morocco to lay an egg again.
So let’s put all rivalries aside for the next four weeks and go all in for Ghana, Cameroun, and Senegal. More than one African country needs to reach, at a minimum, the quarter finals this time around.
He’s never been a bad goalkeeper, despite the trash some Naija fans tend to talk about him. The one goal he conceded against Ghana wasn’t entirely his fault because he was unsighted and saw the ball pretty late. Against Algeria - the second goal - that was a very well taken shot which could beat most goalkeepers.
But hey, Naija fans have to blame someone. They are the worst supporters in the world.
Actually, Iwobi was NOT culpable for any of the two goals. Losing the ball close to your opponent’s 18 yard box doesn’t make you culpable if they score on the counter, the defenders ought to do their jobs. Anyone can lose the ball but the defenders have to defend.
O pari
lovewins: It's okay not to fancy a player, but the least you can do is be factual in your assessment. Iwobi's complicity was only in the second goal. The first goal was Gana's error. Iwobi passed the ball to him and he lost it.
Why does all these award titles sound like occultism symbols and titles? Please keep your awards, I don’t want anything to do with them. Thank you very much!
Oooopsie. Fox Sports must be giving us a delayed replay. I just finished watching the first half and we’re already down 0-3. My observation: - Our team is piss poor, as a team - we can’t do the basic (simple things) right. Making silly mistakes - Is Oshoala still injured? If not, why isn’t she playing? - Our defence line is atrocious. Why isn’t Ash Plumptre in the game? - Randy Waldrun doesn’t have what it takes to improve this team - We need a new technically sound coach to take us to the World Cup
I am watching the game with some American friends and they can’t believe how naïve our team is
humility33: CHAN lost to Ghana via penalty 4:5 after aggregate score 2:2
They couldn't seize the opportunity to qualify for CHAN so as to promote their career
Nobody pls should start requesting the super eagles invitee be dangled before them like strawberry or foreign based players be sacrificed for their call ups
Wrong! No currency in the world has an “expiration date” on it. That boshit is only done in Nigeria. In the United States, Europe, etc. even the currencies printed in the 1990s are still in use.
The only thing they do is that the Feds tend to take old currency notes out of circulation. But that doesn’t imply that it’s expired, per se.
O pari
crazygod: Put expiry dates on currencies. This will go a long way in curbing looting that can't be traced. The US dollar has a 10 year life span and then it expires before another is printed same with the pound sterling.
Ewu, go read your Bible! God will not destroy the righteous with the sinners. Hence, Lot and his family were saved out of Sodom and Gomorrah.
You’re probably one of them, that’s why you’re taking my post personally. If you’re one of them, please stop giving excuses and repent of your sins. Jesus Christ can set you free.
O pari
Dubaku543: Monkey why not go back to your shithole country because when the wrath of God should befall the white man's country that do unnatural stuffs it shall consume all and sundry! Or you don decide to follow them die there nii
I live in “those countries”, but I still consider homosexuality a sin. The fact that a vast majority of people, in certain countries, have come to accept it as a normal lifestyle still doesn’t change God’s Word.
O pari
Odingo1: Is common in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
If you live in those areas of world you must accept homosexuality as way of life.
If you study the Bible, you’ll realize that God destroyed two cities (Sodom and Gomorrah) because of homosexual lifestyle.
I don’t hate the sinner but I hate the sin. If you’re a sinner the only solution is to repent and ask God for forgiveness; don’t look for an excuse to justify sinful lifestyle.
O pari
EarlOfSaxon: If people read Roman and Greek culture, you would find out that homosexuality was part of their everyday life.
Also so many religious people in Nigeria engage in the act in secrecy.
As a human that can't judge.
I am happy for them. At least they will make more money from tourist.
Proud moment ke? When New Zealand - a country of 5 million people, and Scotland - a country of 5.4 million people, are winning more medals than Nigeria with 210 million people!
Bottom line, Nigeria is still a sleeping giant.
O pari
emmyluizzz: Nigeria is doing a great job at birmingham 2022 commonwealth games . currently they have 12 gold out of the 35 medal they have collected..is really a proud moment for the nation
KPOM! I stated on that day that that was clearly a dodgy red card. There was no way anyone could interpret Ayinde’s challenge as reckless or dangerous play. Football is a contact sport, so every contact doesn’t equal a foul or red card.
O pari
M7even: I'm currently watching the match between Morocco and Nigeria again. I'm looking at Ayinde's red card and I'm more convinced that it's not a redcard. Ayinde stood her ground while the Moroccan player ran in to intercept the ball, at that point Ayinde's leg was up in the air it was only natural that she finds the ground to place her leg as her eyes were on the ball which was in possession of another Moroccan player.
She didn't run in to stamp her feet like Ajibade's redcard or the over looked Moroccan redcard that was reduced to a yellow card. She was simply stand having her leg raised and the morrocan ran into her space.
Of course, she’ll eat bugs. What do you expect? She’s a daughter of illuminate. A part of their contract with Satan includes not only to eat bugs themselves but also to make the entire world eat bugs.
If y’all really understand what’s coming, everyone will run to Jesus Christ and hide their lives in Him. Only the Lord Jesus Christ will deliver you from what’s coming to this earth (world) in the very near future.
Well said! The only person to be blamed for yesterday’s loss was the coach - that is, aside from the VAR officials.
The first thing a technically sound coach would’ve done immediately after we took the lead should’ve been to sub Onumonu and bring in another CDM to plug the holes and fortify our defense line. Instead, he left Onumonu out there the entire game! They said that she’s a good player but I am yet to see it. Her first touch is atrocious. She can’t dribble or shoot. And my grandma would’ve taken a better penalty kick.
And it’s funny because I actually thought that the coach was leaving for in the game for the penalties.
Please can you post the direct link? I don’t have Facebook. I used to watch it from SABC YouTube channel but I can’t locate their livestream today, only old matches. Thanks
