I have made some purchases, i still do have lots of coins i obtained from playing games et all which i'll like to exchange some for Aliexpress coupon(s) but from Aliexpress help centre, somethings ain't that clear, i'll upload some pics, one is how my Aliexpress app first page looks like & the others is how Aliexpress help center's own look like, they are different, can anyone confirm how his/her own app look like, i'm on version 8.62.2

Any help regarding this will be appreciated, i really need to exchange some coins for coupons in addition to what's left on my dollar card to make my final purchases b4 this anniversary sales deal ends

Let's just say errors can just pop up on any card anytime, irrespective of the app or virtual dollar card used

It is well, all this wahala upon the exorbitant black market prices just to use your own hard earned money, i miss those days when you can just make international order & payment with your naira card even though its limited to $100

-Question 1 ans: No, i wasn't charged to create or fund it(Pink card)

-Question 2 ans: I don't know as i haven't tried it, you can ask customer support, maybe you can share their response here so others who are curious like you could learn too

This is really detailed. Thanks for your time, but you didn't tell us how to make the choice between black and pink card.. most of us were only presented with the black card option.

Black card option is what you must get by default in creating your first virtual dollar card with Klasha app, after successfully creating & funding it with at least equivalent of $5 or above, you can now decide to create another virtual dollar card by clicking on the + sign at the top right corner of your card screen, it'll create another virtual card with Pink color

However i haven't noticed much difference between the two cards apart from expiry date
Black card = 3yrs validity
Pink card = 1yr, maybe people that have used it over time might know some of the pros & cons of each card which I'll like to know too

I have been able to fully get verified on Klasha app, i created both Black & Pink virtual dollar card and made purchase on Aliexpress, it was very swift & seamless, here are my observations so far

-There are 3 stages of verification once you download the app from playstore & register
The Kyc 1(BVN)
The Kyc 2(NIN/VOTER'S Card/Driver's license/international passport)
The Kyc 3(Address verification)

-The kyc 1 verification is the simplest, just put your NIN digits, you're good to go, the Kyc 2 verification is a bit tactical using NIN, you have to download Nimc app from playstore, create a 16 digit VNIN from the app which is at the top right side of the app, follow other instructions from Klasha app & you're good to go or use your voter's card VIN number if you select to use voter's card, in any case you have any difficulties in any stage, chat their customer support( right bottom), they are very swift with response & solutions ( i rate them 5 stars)
Kyc 3 is the final stage, address verification, use any of your utility bill/bank statement not more than 3 months old, i used my Gtbank statement which was verified after some hours

-After all these, click on card to create your dollar virtual card, the first by default is a Black Visa card, minimum amount to create a card is $5 at rate of #763.20 as at 22nd March, 2023, you are eligible to use the 5 dollars after card creation, best way to fund your card is to transfer money to your Klasha wallet which is actually a wema naija account created for you once you open an account with klasha, the account number is at the top middle of the app starring at you, then go to your dollar card, click on it, you'll have to put your pin for the card to flip & expose your card no, expiry date, and Security, underneath the card, you'll see fund button, go from there, fund your dollar card & shop

-The only difference i observed between the Black card & Pink Card so far is that Black card has 3yrs validity period while Pink card's validity period is 1yr

-Customer care service is top notch

-Transaction on Aliexpress is swift & easy

-No hidden charges

-OTP is from UBA

-I find it to be the easiest with good User interface, good customer service care system & average rate, funding is around #763.20/$ while withdrawal is $680/$ as at 22-03-2023

I had same issue. Chat with the customer care. You'll be asked to do a lil task of snapping your self and the Voters Card. After about 12-24hrs, you'd be asked to login and continue your verififcation
