if you have ever generated prime numbers in a computer program between 1 - 100,000, you will find out that a lot of the numbers that you see on any recharge cards are either prime numbers, or multiple of primes.

with this information the probability of guessing the correct sequence of numbers on a recharge card is not as low as you think.

if you scratch any recharge card and reveal the digits, dividing any of the numbers you see on the card by the appropriate factor (either 3, 5, or 7) usually yields a prime number.

just don't get your line barred though. DO NOT STEAL AIR TIME CREDIT

Swedish scientists have identified a new strain of HIV that appears to progress much faster than most previously identified variations of the virus.

The new strain, known as A3/02, is a recombinant, meaning it is a cross between two previously identified HIV strains. Writing in the Journal of Infectious Diseases, Lund University researchers said that the infection moves from HIV to full-blown AIDS in about five years, nearly two- to two-and-a-half years faster than most previously known strains.


So far the new infection seems confined to West Africa.

Your thesis is illogical and unreasonable and should be the other way round. A corrupt leaderships borne corrupt citizens.

I don't need to argue out base points since deep down you know my points.

Can one man pass through incorruptible citizens, become a leader and corrupt everyone? Are the citizens mindless droids that cannot tell right from wrong? Are the citizens programmed to do only what they are told disregarding the effect of their actions on themselves and other citizens?

If we (as Nigerians) say that our leadership is corrupt, are we ( the citizens of Nigeria ) to blame for this? Or are we the victims of circumstances beyond our control? Can one man pass through incorruptible citizens, become a leader and corrupt everyone?
