I lost my job for over a year now, still job hunting. I learnt that one can access 25% of their funds with every Pension Funds Administrator, so that I can start a business. I have mine with Leadway. So I applied for the 25% since before 25th of August, 2023. Some of my friends who deal with other PFAs received their monies within 2 weeks and they told me mine too should not exceed 2 weeks. As at today, 1 month 10 days after the application, Leadway has not paid my money after providing ALL necessary documents.
I have contacted them, but told me that "a search of my information in the NIMC website came back as error". Can you believe that?
All my transactions with the 3 banks and MTN, Airtel accepted my NIN. Even my state government and FSRC have no qualms at all with it. I am tayad of waiting for them. I need a guide on how to move all my funds from Leadway to another recommended PFA. Kindly help.
